    So I bought this course and have started to watch it. The quality of the video is excellent and I'm learning so much already. This is the course I have been waiting for without even knowing it. Thanks for putting this together because I was lost and disheartened with Photogrammetry. This is a must have course if you are interested in Photogrammetry.

    Hi Gleb, maybe I'm wrong but in your workflow, you don't seem to mention the use of stereo photometry or cross polarization for the photogrammetry process, it's more complicated but also avoid some problem and increase the speed process in some case.

      Indeed! I was hoping this would all be included in detail with course. From everything I've researched... CP (at BOTH, light source AND lens) is pretty critical stuff for the highest quality assets... Any follow up on this ? :)

    I can't add shadow to the photogrammetry rendered scene, I'm going crazy. Do you know of a video about it? When I add a background to the scene created with photogrammetry and set it as a shadow catcher, the scene does not appear, the backmost hdri is visible. I need help.

    Hi there, is it possible to use Meshroom instead of Reality Capture? I am using only free software (blender, UE5..)

    Для прохождения курса необходимо иметь камеру? Будут русские субтитры?

    Hello! is the Nikon D7000 + Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 DC EX HSM OS Lens, good enough to get started?

    • @GlebAlexandrov
      @GlebAlexandrov  2 роки тому +3

      It's the lens our photoscanning crew is using :) It's good enough definitely. Sharp enough at f/8 (at f/11 and higher some diffraction starts creeping in) and at 35-50mm (17-24 is ever so slightly blurrier and show chromatic aberration - but is still useable mostly).
