I went to recover the PC, and everything went normally, something was loading and I left for 2 minutes and I came back and I'm going to log in to the PC and it says the user profile service failed the sign in, and I found a lot of videos on yt how to solve it and when I go to hold shift and restart the pc and click troubleshoot and select the option like in the video what I'm watching then I get a black picture and nothing happens and the pc is still working, so I can't complete it to the end and solve that problem! help please?!
That did not work for me. Registry always goes back to a number different than zero. It also takes forever to get into safe mode. Its a Dell 7770 Optiplex.

You're gonna have to download your windows version onto a flash drive using another windows device. Once the windows version is downloaded onto a USB stick, plug into the problematic PC. When you boot up use SHIFT + Restart. Trouble shoot then in the advanced options portion, choose UEFI firmware settings. Restart using that. You should be at the BIOS screen. In the BIOS settings, restore defaults, by going into the save/exit portion. Then go back to settings and select the "boot" menu option. Choose Boot Option #1 > UEFI USB Key> F10> enter. Then set up your windows version manually.

Try to like purchase a cd or usb with windows 10 or something on it and boot it up with that. Then just reinstall windows with it. I’m not sure if it fixes this problem but it fixes the stuck on advanced repair blue screen. I’m on a screen right now after doing the steps from around 1:53 that just says “Repairing disk errors. Might take over an hour”. If this loading screen that says repairing doesn’t work, I’ll try other methods and then just go towards the reinstall windows because I still have the same usb that fixed my last problem.

Then restart pc and click I forgot pin password. Sign into your gmail account, make a new pin password. Restart pc again then type in new pin password and u should be logged in
i did this and ended up with a grey screen and i didn’t know what it was doing so i turned my pc off because it was like that for a few hiurs and it’s still not letting me sign in

@@sandice4440 I used a windows recovery drive and had to delete both my drives and start on a fresh windows, but I was trying to wipe my computer in the first place and that happened so I guess its fine.
I did as you do and once i enter my passcode in the safe mode, and waited, my entire screen turn black, can only see my mouse moving, nothing i can do there😂
had the same problem. what i did was force shut down the pc then after turning it on, it went back to blue screen again. from then i followed the steps in this video and it worked. the only problem is that my files are all gone except the deleted files in the recycle bin 😭
