GUYS IF U ARE UNABLE TO ACESS THE ADV REPAIR MODE JUST KEEP ON SHUTDOWN AND START UR PC AGAIN N AGAIN UNTIL IT SAYS REPAIR YOUNWILL GET IN THE BIOS OPTION

The virus or whatever had not only renamed my User file to .bat file but also it had moved my User folder to the Default folder. It has also moved my Documents, Picture, Video etc. to a certain folder. Therefore, I have to search and replace everything. You are my life saver sir.

Had the same issue the way to get back to the options screen is hold f9 and the power button while turning on your laptop and it’ll take you to the options menu instead of the power off only option

Login into your administrative account then, from there press shift+restart. Hold shift key until the boot mode appears.

It happened to me today, i hard reset laptop then it opened new account window, everything is here but new windows all data kept and then i checked everthing is ok then after 5-7 min later i tried to sign out then my usual sign in window appeared then i typed password then voila i signed back in my usual account, phew😮
