LOVE the way the stereo switches...the beats feel like they're jumping from ear to ear whilst traveling through my brain and igniting my neo-cortex. BOOM.
Around 20 years old. The album was released in 1993, but since it's February 2013 right now, I think it was released later in the year. Like, July or something. So right now, 19, but in a couple of months, it'll be 20.
When I was listening to a 538 Dance Department podcast lately, a comment of Eric Prydz reminded me of this tune from years ago. I still have the original EP, and lost memories about the original video. But almost all videos of Aphex Twin are worth it, especially those directed by Chris Cunningham (like Come To Daddy and WindowLicker).
Thanks for the upload, but does anyone know where to find a high quality version of this, such as an 720p version? Thank you in advance if you do, and thank you to the director and James.

i feel that.
You're on point, from what I've heard Aphex got the guy who did the artwork for the iSpy books to create a vid for his song On.
Just from what I've heard or at least thought i saw, don't take what i said for 100% fact lol
Ben Phoenix
This video was directed by Jarvis Cocker, the lead singer of britpop band Pulp, and certainly not the artist for iSpy books.
Its still sounds original today In my opinion.

Dude you got trolled pretty hard there. Also, it's not fucking "chillstep".
inb4 claiming you knew you were being trolled
Man, RDJ and Jarvis Cocker really should get together and do something again. The world desperately needs it.
I used to joke with my friends that the red figure is Henry Rollins. How's that for a 90s overdose?
@aikighost I just added this track to my "future is now... music" playlist. Basically, I agree.
booooom bah.. bah boooooooom boooooooooom

In the first half of the 90' the best things happend in ambient music, but aphex twin was by far the most original & "out of this world" act.

A remember first listening to this when it first came out on MTV Europe when a was a wee guy in school it woke up my brain
The way this game is played is someone has to name something they seen and then the other people have to say what time the item was when they find it.
This is one of my favorite tracks of all time. Is this on any of Richards albums? Because I can't find it.
Simply
Have loved this track for so long! Salvadore Dali in motion.
Super nice, super beautiful and peaceful too.
