- So this was something I've been thinking about. It took more time and wasn't for a performance benefit, but was to offer some ideas.
I know many would like to turbo charge their B series engine and keep the AC and PS.
THIS IS IT !

Nice! Just ordered a t3/t4 t04e for my B18 swapped civic. Shooting for the same around 300-350hp. Thanks for breaking down the exhaust, I couldn't find a thing on the interwebs! I wish you'd make a few of those down pipes to sell though *hint hint*

Hey John. Be careful with that gang knife.😜 That InLinePro stainless manifold is great and with the 25% discount, it's a no brainer for anyone doing a B-series turbo. I had a Drag3 GS-R setup back in 2000 that used a cast iron manifold. The wastegate flange placement was poorly located over the 4th runner, causing boost creep. The better placement on the InLinePro solved that issue. Highly recommended! Great video as always, sir. I sold my 2001 Integra LS that was in great shape last year for good money, surprised a lot of people with the sale price. Now I wish I had kept the car and restored it after seeing this project and seeing the value of these cars on the rise. So hard to find clean, unmolested Integras anymore. Great video. The only change I would make to the Integra is to powder coat the intercooler black to keep it stealth, other than that an awesome build.

I have that manifold on my DC2-R turbo, brilliant!! Stood up to many trackdays and daily driving. Also had AC and PS.
I only ran low pressure but that is all the car needs. Chucked in a B18C1 block with forged pistons and rods. Mapped on Hondata S300, it drove like Honda had fitted the kit that I built from the factory.
How much psi were you pushing? I'm planning to turbo my b18c type r. Aiming for 280hp with ac
@@ClearWater7.62 at 9-10 psi, you should be able to achieve that power on the b18c type r motor.

Im 15 minutes away from inlinepro. I've used that same manifold on my b series back in the day. its bulletproof.
Same apply to cast iron and stainless? I want stainless but my budget allows for cast iron and I don’t want to buy it and have it crack.

@@SanJo408.. Yes. It fits well. You need to run a Ford Style T3 5 bolt exhaust housing to run AC. ( not B band or 4 bolt). It must be T3 5 bolt exhaust housing.

I called my Acura dealer and ordered them. These are Acura in the States even though made by Honda

I know you said it requires a 5 bolt flange but is it really that much different to get a 4 bolt? I was thinking it would tuck easier with a 4 bolt.

Will the AC compressor wear out faster with all that heat so close to it?
i have a clapped out custom wack turbo manifold to have a/c and it gets hella hot in the engine bay but the compressor still runs strong and i get cold air. you should be good!

Other cast ones are good but they will rust unlike this cast one.

Hi John, was wondering if this manifold would work if I wanted to swap B series into a classic Mini? I was thinking about putting a B16 or B18 into 1967 Austin Minivan, and would like to add a turbocharger. It would require a a pretty compact exhaust manifold. I was looking for around 350 or so horsepower. I was thinking of using a EBay ceramic ball bearing turbo, as they are cheap and many Minis have used these, with great success.
What is your opinion?
Shane Black Lord This manifold does tuck the turbo in very close. Plus no boost creep or cracking issues.

Not if you want to run an AC compressor.

Minni The time it would take to build proper fitting Downpipes, weld and back purge them and make sure there 100% perfect would make them too expensive.
@@LHTPerformance you sure? With relaunching the manifold and getting all inquiries you said you get about the manifold. Having a off the shelf option for dp/dt that is properly fitted for a/c and power steering I think it would be a homerun. I'm trying to convince you to start a production run.

@@ConnorPawlowski Yes. The fitment is pretty much the same on all B series motors. Use the same configuration turbo used in the video.

Rip off 6-800 dollars for the manifold. Go buy one that the exact same firmest for less than 200 if it cracks you can buy 3 more. Wtf takes the enjoyment out of building cars not on a budget but just getting ripped. Fuck inline pro cost is OUTRAGEOUS. You can still find quality.
