- Requested by Gaming Teen. Terumi's a second gen super boss...but honestly his AI is so horrendous putting him against first gen ones will probably loop back around to being fair.

Terumi learned tge hard way not to trick Tsubaki into assassinating her two best friends Noel & Jin in the Continuum Shift saga
My girl Tusbaki is finally starting to take some wins! She honestly might be one of the stronger first gens, those full screen armored specials and meteor oki shenanigans are no joke. Though to be fair even I die a little inside when Terumi does 623B right as meteor are coming down to annihilate his ass, as funny as it is. Ultimately what led to his demise.
You...MAY actually be right about her being one of the best first gens. Maybe I just underestimate her due to power creep, but I think the only ones objectively better than her for sure would be Azrael, Jin and (technically) Hakumen.
I was actually rooting for Tsubaki, a part of me still can't believe she won!

She's actually on the higher end of the CPU ELO chart I got going so you aren't wrong. Though so far she's only fought other gen 1 mods besides Terumi here. She's won 3 of her fights so far and only lost to Jin

Anyway, it seems Tsubaki is secretly an S tier, in all of her forms. Or, Terumi is just crap when AI.
It's definitely Terumi's crap AI. Tsubaki is among the weakest of the super bosses overall IMO.

Kinda weird how we got not 1, but 2 very even matchups between Terumi and Tsubaki, both in their weakest and strongest forms.

I'd love a better version of Lambda, she's my favorite character and seeing her made into a joke is painful to watch.
