Really surprised to see Syndicate at the top. It's a good game, for sure. I think it did a lot of things right. The parkour should have been adjusted. Maybe if they decide to remaster the game for whatever reason, they'll tweak it to be more like Unity's. The stealth in Syndicate more than surpasses its parkour system, though. Just being able to toggle stealth and not get stuck on everything was a blessing coming from Unity. That being said, I've played hundreds of hours of both Rogue and Black Flag combined. I agree that Syndicate has the best stealth system. However, in Origins and Odyssey, the stealth systems are very similar, therefore the low placement of Odyssey (or the high placement of Origins) is, at least, questionable.
Placing origins at third place is criminal. To make matters worse it's the same recycled assassination animation contrast to unitys myriad of satisfying animations. This barebones stealth doesn't match up to ac3 / black flag's. In this game you were agile and had numerous tools that made stealth great in those games. Origins stealth certainly isn't bad, but it lacks style and creativity which overall makes it less satisfying tbh.
It’s one reason why I put origins down, the stealth wasn’t fun as it just felt so samey, the parkour wasn’t interesting, the story wasn’t engaging and the rpg elements just didn’t click with me.

It's definitely not countless skins and equipment pieces which you can buy with real currency. Assassin's Creed is not an RPG, it was never meant to be.
