What a blessing to have your father by your side in business. I wish my father was still here as I run my business, like yours he was very knowledgeable on all trades. Keep up the good work
Love the genuine questions and answers, POPS thank you for the knowledge good to see family working together god knows we need more of that bless you both.
Thanks to pops for the valuable advice and also you definitely need a equipment trailer or some different type of jacking system on the poor back of the dump trailer also I don’t know if you ever looked into gen-y torsion hitches but they definitely help with towing heavy equipment around
@@EntreprenuerDavis I’m about to buy a Skid Steer. I’m in Orlando. If you are looking for people to help I’ll be available. I’m looking to learn and contribute to a positive situation. Forward progress, be an asset.
I got my CDL at 21 loved trucking but now that I have kids and I’m trying to stay home , i got a dump truck a trailer and a bobcat , can you specify a little more about lead companies , and how do I find contractors to do some subcontractor work or find lead companies thank you and god bless.
Davis, I’ve been doing dirt work since 2008 and I wanna work for myself I’ve got the truck I’m working on getting my trailer what advice can you give me to start? I’m tired of working for companies I wanna work for me
Having a truck is a plus, I have a truck, currently saving up for the trailer and excavator, but you can rent those, your jobs just have to have pay bigger. I’d suggest getting a trailer close to a dump trailer or trailer you can throw trash in, and start a junk removal, save up and get a better trailer dump trailer and scale your jobs better with your better equipment. Shouldn’t be long till you can get $5-$7k for a mini excavator or standing skid steer. Truck:$10-20k, Trailer(trash trailer $500-$1.5k)-Dump Trailer with hydraulic ($4000-$8000), Mini Excavator($4000-8000)
