Couldn't agree more, have never done it once not even in the home game against arch nemesis buddies. Would 100% do it at the casino for a bad beat jackpot.
@PunaniLicker69 The primary Bad Beat Jackpot will be paid out as follows: 50% will be awarded to the losing hand, 25% to the winning hand and the remaining 25% divided equally among the remaining players seated at the game who received cards at the start of the hand.
@@mikewatt8706 the name of the jackpot is bad beat jackpot as in you got a big cooler or a bad beat of that magnitude you deserve the lion share of the prize
You can be happy when your quads are near because 90% of the time there will be a jackpot involved. Doesn’t matter if you lost the money on the table when you got a whole lot more of it coming your way.
both players must have a jackpot hand. aces full of 10's or better, and both cards must play. the losing hand wins the bad beat jackpot..everyone gets a piece
@wavygr Just the table gets it but you must have been delt in the hand meaning if you got up to take a break and you didn't ask to be dealt in or you missed a blind then technically you don't get a table share unless the other players allow it.
There is no bonus for a royal flush, usually at the BIke Casino. But occasionally, they do have high hand jackpots during special weekly promotion times. For example, last year they gave away a free iPad every day for the high hand in the yellow chip and up section (>$100 buy-in). In Vegas, they usually have royal flush jackpots, but not in Los Angeles, casinos. The reason is that they have much larger 'bad beat' jackpots, that Vegas doesn't have.
damn i just won a bad beat jackpot today and ill be back tommorow to ask for the video cause i was so elated earlier that i forgot to get it and it's still blowing my mind.
kicktotheliver. Try flopping trip Q's, slow play to heads up to lose to runner, runner Royal in Vegas? High hand paid $580 + the pot $400+. I was pissed! Fn Donkey!
Poker rooms usually have a bad beat jackpot so if you lose with a strong hand against another you win the jackpot for your table. For instance some casinos it's if quad 8s loses, for others if aaakk loses you win it
kingcamilo I think nothing special apart from the pot win with a Royal Flush. The jackpot in this video is a bad beat supet jackpot when a player with quads loses to another quads. Since it is an extremely rare event, many casinos have a special bad beat jackpot where everyone at the table get a share of the jackpot amount just for being there. Thats why the losing player was so happy even after losing his chips, he would have still made over $10k, if jackpot was indeed $100k as commentator mentions.
Really did look like pockets Queens though, I think I’d have just check-folded the 3s on the river. Does the Jackpot only count if it goes to showdown?
@@kevinnewman1214 I went to New Orleans set at a 3/6 limit game. Took this guy's seat who played everyday. About 5 hands we hit the jackpot and i didn't even know what was going on. It was AAAJJ beat.
The only socially acceptable time to slow-roll.
How does this comment have less likes than someones $200 bad beat story lol.
because it's socially acceptable to slow-roll
So true
I would like to be paid $20k to get slowrolled by quads
Couldn't agree more, have never done it once not even in the home game against arch nemesis buddies. Would 100% do it at the casino for a bad beat jackpot.
The only moment in poker when everyone at the table is happy
I would love it if he turned over 7-2.
I literally spat all over my screen over your comment XXD
"You did not hit a jackpot!" "JACKPOT!" XDDDDDDDDD
Happened to me at the Wynn this past week. No bad beat jackpot 😊😭
ouch i saw that once when a guy lost with quad aces with no bb he was sick. I guess you was too.
the wild thing about this is someone just hit at motor city casino when it was 1.4 mil and it was queens over 3s

I never saw someone losing with a quads so happy.
Then you've never seen a BBJ, then.
Losing with quads is a lot of people's dream.
@@VanessaMagick I lost vs quads. MY GUY HAS QTo AND FLOPPED QQQ. I had a pocket pair and made a full Hause, went all-in. The guy Flops QT hhhahahha
@@tugaykaya7738 broo the only way you’re gonna get called all in in that situation is because you lost hahaha what a bad move

lol at the end "you did not hit a jackpot"
@GreenDeathFlavor they are probably pissed they sat next to that table and not that table
you can hear the tone of her speech lol

Yeah man, awesome these, you still play bruh?
wavygr. Lol. Just the table. Even if you had folded your hand.
I almost moved my seat to another table. 7 hands later that table hit a jackpot.

I had a bad beat today. Flopped fives for the twos, lost on the river to sixes full of twos. My prize? going home $240 lighter.

best video ever thanks
Dying to know what the table share was
40 bad beat
20 winner
40 table share
so how much does everyone get?
Losing hand 50%, winning hand 25%, 25% shared among the rest of the players sitting at the table.
The only time in poker when you want to have the losing hand out of the two.
That was awesome
What does hitting jackpot mean?? Please

Nothing of the other guy doesn't have a monster as well.
so what happens when they hit a royal flush at this casino?

ChannelV88 the loser always makes the majority of the jackpot. The winner usually gets the smaller jackpot
depends on the casino but usually the loser gets 40% of the jackpot and then winner gets a percentage and the rest gets split to the table.
@TheBarbahaba damn! nice!
Really did look like pockets Queens though, I think I’d have just check-folded the 3s on the river.
Does the Jackpot only count if it goes to showdown?
Yes
Otherwise it's not a bad beat 😁
The one time you are glad to get busted
Witnessed one of these happen last nite at Couchata in LA
Kevi Kochsta i was on the table
isnt that losing quads 8s and higher for the jackpot normally?
Different everywhere. Some JJ or better some 22
Depends on casino. Lowest I've seen is aces full of tens
Most casinos I've been too the bad beat for holdem is aces full of tens or better beaten. Omaha though usually is quads beaten.
@@kevinnewman1214 I went to New Orleans set at a 3/6 limit game. Took this guy's seat who played everyday. About 5 hands we hit the jackpot and i didn't even know what was going on. It was AAAJJ beat.
Nice!
I always thought it had to be quad 8's or better.
some places it is.
shout out to bart hansen
yeah right I seriously doubt that give away a million dollars to someone hitting a royal regardless if both hole cards play
@1:02 LOL bartgasm
in some casino it requires quad 9 or higher get beat ,the manager talk ,you are not qualified
乔一 For bicycle it doesnt matter this qualifies
Is this 5/10?
gotta love people who judge a dealers skill by how the cards fall on the table. Theres a reason you don't win.
The dealer does cut the deck.
Peace & Life Everlasting with Jesus ❤️
no its not.
jackpot bad beat payout in a tournament? wha?
madpuppy54 depends, some tournament charge fees that the source of jackpot ,then it pays
The announcers are SUPER annoying
