Hello and Keep your positive attitude! You are going through a lot but it will be worth it for you. I was a male that had orchiectomy and scrotum removal, and now I'm getting a urethra reroute, while still presenting as a "male" and I finally feel I'm in the body I was meant to be in!

This is an amazing video that I'm glad I found. I am contemplating phalloplasty where I can stand to pee or if I should go on the stafw side and do abdominal phalloplasty but I do really think I want the ability to stand to pee though. I am prone to complications and worried about this as well as how I will manage the pain after the surgery. I have no pain tolerance but it seems like from your videos like it's very manageable. Thanks so much. Cause no one really talks about what it's like the first day to a couple days after surgery I've only seen people make videos once they have healed. Another question I have is what's the electrolysis procedure like that has to be done before surgery? Are you givin numbing cream so you dont feel them singeing your hairs off with a hot needle or do you just have to suffer through the pain of the hair removal process? Thanks in advance.

I had watched some of your previous videos, after your Rff phalloplasty and you said you wanted to get the semi rigid rod not the pump. What made you change your mind?

I was just wondering how much does this all cost?

    • @Nuthin2kik

It only cost me for the flights! My government (BC) insurance covers it since we have universal healthcare and we only have one surgeon in Montreal, they opened up going to Texas to see Dr.Crane for surgery as an option that’s covered. They also pay for the accommodations, food and medications while down there.

Jay Smith hey I’m wondering what insurance companies are good that cover medical surgeries like this. I’m a trans guy myself who’s been on T for 9 1/2 months now. The next step I want to take is getting too surgery within the next 2 years, but my insurance I’m on right now doesn’t even cover my testosterone bc they view it as unnecessary.
