When I was in high school my track workout, because I was a sprinter on the track team, was sprint the straights, walk the curves. The only thing that ever happened worth telling a story about was when the girls were having archery practice and one of the track guys yelled "I bet you can't hit me." One of the girls shot him in the leg. They never had archery and track practice on the same field again.

Chael has an infinity for storytelling. Everything from "Red Hulk-Green Hulk" to "Guy and the Hole" were interesting. Even when the endings are anticlimactic -- like this one -- they're still worth a listen.

That's a driven kid ,most of the teens training at my gym phone it in literally, they have them in their hands the whole time, the gangster as a training partner has to help with motivation .
