And my third and most pricey piece is a Rolex Green Sky-Dweller which I honestly feel I overpaid for but I'm goint to treat it the way you feel about the Batgirl. Its my legacy watch which I hope to pass down to deserving relatives someday and keep it in the family.
Very nice collection! Mine is two Rolex, the Batman and a Datejust, two Bulgari Diagono, and two Cartier, the chronograph 21 and the Roadster. Now I’m falling in love with the Cartier Santos Dumond steel extra large with Piaget movement 6800 Euros.
Absolutely exquisite taste shown here, i'm impressed - the batgirl is also my favorite rolex, the jubilee is perfect on it. the santos - how can you not love that watch. timeless and probably the most no brainer watch for any collector ever IMO. The vacheron was a very tasteful addition to the collection, somehow I feel that brand is massively underrated in the general community and its a shame. the other lines outside the overseas are fantastic, perfection in timekeeping if you ask me. and of course you stole my heart with the MR G - I have been considering the new MRGB2100B-1A. Sadly I don't see any mr-gs on your companies website but am hopeful to one day see the community embrace the series more - they are a treat to witness in person and would love to see more hit the secondary market in the luxury space. How does the fiftysix wear on bracelet? Pretty true to a 40mm? I have a large wrist so Im concerned it will be dwarfed on my wrist but Im very interested in one (only on bracelet though)
I'd say it wears a little bit bigger on bracelet. I think if you are used to bigger watches it would be a nice change of pace to get this which is slimmer, sleeker and wears super well!
Nice collection - love the fifty six - looking forward to see the changes - I have a question for you as a fellow fan of Vacheron - which stainless Overseas do you like best , standard, dual time or chrono. I havent seen the chrono, but one AD told me that its a bit chunky and not as balanced as the other 2. I like all 3 in different ways - just curious about your thoughts - Thanks
Great collection. Huge discounts on great brands preowned. I have been looking at the JLC ultra thin Moonphase blue dial. Maybe under $8000 preowned. What do you think about that?
They are not all too dissimilar. I'd give the edge to the 56 in terms of comfort as I think the bracelet vents the wrist better and is more comfortable with the microadjustment. The finishing of the overall watch is obviously also better on the VC. However, the Cartier is super versatile as you can change straps on it super easily! Both are no doubt amazing, I'd probably give the edge also to the Cartier given the value you can get it for. Hope you enjoyed this 🙏
My favorite 2024 is the Prospex Limited Edition 1965 Recreation European Exclusive in Gradation Island Blue. The dial is stunning and the contrast when on a white strap is to die for. I will get my hands on one from MAMACOO

Fair enough, I do enjoy getting wrist time with different watches as I don't wear watches I don't own (ie watches we have in stock) and part of the fun for me is experimenting and is trying new things. I've owned my Batgirl and Gshock for over a year just fyi..
