Our NuMed Silicone Foam Sacral Dressings are the Gold Standard for healing wounds over the sacrum (tailbone area). The distinct shape and multiple layers of specialized materials are specially designed to be easy to use and extremely effective for healing sacral wounds.
NuMed Silicon Foam Sacral Dressings have a comfort-stick adhesive silicone border, central absorbent pad layer, a polyurethane foam layer, and a waterproof outer film. They are easy to apply and a must have for wounds over the sacrum, coccyx, or sacrococcyx. They can be used for wounds with low, medium or heavy drainage.
Silicone Foam Sacral Dressings are frequently used in the treatment of large and small pressure ulcers, bed sores, skin tears, moisture associate skin damage (MASD), and incontinence related skin damage.
