You can't bleach your hair over and over and over again and expect it to stay healthy. Hair can really only handle being bleached like 3 times, then it's compromised. That's why they tell you not to cross over into already bleached hair when you are doing a root touch up. I'm so sorry you lost your hair, but it looks really good. Good luck and be more careful next time.

You might want to try bleach cream or powder with bonding built in. It’s far less damaging. Ugly Duckling has one and ION has one too.

Good morning ☀️ I am so dreading bleaching my roots. I have about 2 inch of regrowth. The most I have ever had 😢. Unfortunately, I had to wait to bleach because of healing from surgery. Now I’m finally healed just enough to give it a go. I can’t wait to get back to feeling like me. Thanks for the content.

It looks great!! My biggest reccomendation would be to get yourself a wet brush with super bendy soft bristles. Try to not use the comb whilst your hair is wet or damp as it snaps hair like you wouldn't believe. Keep being you. You're great xxx

Tomorrow bestie 😎 I bleach my roots at my own risk regardless of how much I know my hair has broken off before This is why I won't use powder bleach it's more harsh so I use the ion cream bleach thought to suggest it Been using it for 11 months
Love Lunar Tides. I think your hair was plenty light. I'm trying to get mine light enough for their frosted colors. Their normal colors stay a long time.

Hi bestieeeeeeeeeee love that you got some products!! I used lunar white and liked it, but to me lunar tides colors smell so soapy and it stuck around for days. Love that they’re a good price and have so many options though, so I keep going back! Maybe in the summer you try the coral color or get some extensions for a bright summer peekaboo look!

I straight bleached my roots 2 weeks ago and lost a lot of hair 😢. I used the aphogee protein 2 step treatment that I saw you use, and it worked very well. I didn’t cry but I was so nervous. I was walking backwards with the box of school supplies and missed a step up. I fell and said a bad word (sh*t) in front of the rest of the parents. I apologized and the parents were like “it’s okay!” and helped me get back to it. ☺️ it was a roller coaster.

@@diehardbarbiie I can’t keep red IN my hair usually. It fades very easily in my experience BUT that may not be everyone’s. I have to wash in cold water (yikes) and color-deposit shampoo every couple weeks to keep it vibrant. Again…maybe it’s just me. 🤷♀️
