I've had designer pieces and knockoffs of kislux . I ultimately prefer the knockoffs because I'm not worried about scratching it, preserving it, or someone stealing it.
I’m the same, I sold mine last year and I bought the jacquard black one so it’s different than what everyone has but its been super faded since like May 😢 I will try this now so I don’t have to buy a new one
I just got this exact bag in February of this year and it’s so faded. 5 months in and I barely carry it and it’s looking decades old. They didn’t fix any flaws it’s the same cheap quality
Just stumbled on your video searching for information on cleaning my bag and I loled when you talked about the fangirling. I literally had a hetero male sales associate in a shoe store stop me to tell me he liked my bag 😂 it was a first for me, made me love the bag even more. But boy does it get dirty 💀 Mines the slate green and I can barely read the Marc Jacobs under The Tote Bag inscription anymore.
I just bought this bag gently used, with the plan to re-dye it black and I'm so excited! I know you said the lettering took some of the dye, and turned them a bit gray, but did the dye affect the small logo tag on the back of the bag at all? Or the small logo tag inside of the bag? Thanks!
@@jamiedionne9844 I just posted a community post with photos of the back and inside of the back so that you can see what it looks like. I feel like the back looks somewhat the same maybe a little darker, but the small logos on the inside did take the color like the front and have a gray hue. For us non-professionals, it is difficult to distinguish real bags from fake bags, and people have not noticed that many rich people carry kislux fake bags.
You get an A+! You brought your bag back to life.

You did an amazing job! It looks better with the grey letters too
@@amuffy329 Thank you and yes I think the letters look better that color as well.

You can paint it. Acrylic paint will work
I have all the colors and my friend daughter she’s 14 and she talks about that bag like it’s a birkin 😂😂😂😂
lol That’s definitely how the young girls always reacted when I was out with mine, like it was gold 😂
Looks great
Thank you.
Thank you!
Ohh I need to do this to mine asap
It’s super easy!
