💜I was confused when I first started so I just simply just started with savings for my kids and myself. Then I slowly started putting aside for birthdays and Christmas. Then i started watching budgeting videos and took things that I would see and tried to apply it for my budgeting. It’s trial and error do what works for you. Everyone has different goals and income. I appreciate you taking the time to educate and explain your process. It’s helpful for sure💜
the amount of bitterness & hate on the last “paying myself back” video was unbelievable. I’m so thankful that I live my life not criticizing the way other people successfully manage their personal finances
Really who was hating? I thought that guys comment, was just a troll trying to get people to go to another UTuber’s account. I try to ignore those people so annoying.
Love the unstuffing videos!
Thanks Melissa 🥰
These unstuffing video are my favorite!!
Loved it. Can't wait to try this. Thank you for sharing.
I get that it can be confusing but I totally understand how and why you do that. The cash back is free money essentially. I follow other cash stuffers that pay with a credit card and pay it back weekly or biweekly. I am trying to do this myself but I have to get out of my current credit card debt. Keep doing what you're doing 😀
Keep up the good 👍 work what ever works for you .
Great bill swap , my favorite videos to watch 😊❤💟
I use a very similar system, not confusing at all! ❤
Great unstuffing ✨🌻
I just bought my first binder to start saving and your system makes so much sense to me. I like the convenience of the card and rewards but still putting aside money for other things
I totally understand your methods. The way I budget is a mix of everything.. I save some categories in cash like spending and eating out and then for long-term saving categories like vacation, emergency fund I save those electronically because I don’t want thousands of dollars in my house lol. If I’m shopping online I leave the amount I budgeted for in my checking so I don’t have to withdraw it from the bank. I use my capital one travel card to pay all my bills and get miles/points in return to use whenever. I just booked flights for a trip with American Airlines with my travel card and pay it back with the money I saved in my vacation fund. It’s a win win 🏆
I enjoyed this video so much. Thank you ! It made complete sense. Happy Tuesday
💖🫶🏻
Perfect sense 👍😊
I do the same thing. It keeps me from spending more. Also, we get to accumulate cc points and cash back.
Love love that you do this. I would love to be able to do this eventually. Have to get debt free first :) but love the idea of this because of cash back with credit cards.
You do you boo! Seriously. Pull that cash, stuff it and deposit it back as long as you're being accountable. Me...ME? Could NEVER do that. EVER... I am a digital budgeter. I use a spreadsheet that keeps a running balance and I also have a sinking funds tracker. I have a set amount put aside per pay for all of my sinking funds and I adjust the amount for each per pay as needed. Just in case I am short in any other area. I'm glad this is working so well for you. I love your vids. Keep up the great content.
New subscriber here 💜 I use the exact same system, to me it’s very easy to understand. I pay everything with my credit card because it gives me cash back rewards that I use for my Christmas fund, every week I figure out how much I need to pull from each envelope and do an unstuffing. It’s actually quite simple!
💛💛💛
I think the part I was confused about last month was the not having enough in the envelope, and utilizing the remainder from your buffer. This month though I was able to follow along a bit better.
So do you have separate savings accounts for each "high value" sinking fund? Or if they're all in the same account, how do you keep track of what belongs to what?
What app do you use on your iPad and what templates are those?
Great video. I always enjoy watching your videos. I totally understand. I do the same.
From the way I'm understanding stuffing the way you do also helps with your credit score. You use your credit cards to earn the points/cash back as well as it helps keep your credit score up. And then the money you budget in your envelopes pays the bill. I've been debating on trying it that way myself.
Is Andres involved in the budgeting process
I think it great to stuff then unstuff, keeps you accountable. Last year I got back 463 from my Costco which I used for savings challenges.
New subbie💖
What iPad is that ????
Nice video l love ❤️
