    I still have hopes of a GR Prius coming out. I also read that Toyota wants to bring a manual transmission into their hybrid cars, which I automatically assumed they would want to put that into a possible GR Prius. So I'm sure if there's a market for one, they will want to make it happen. I for sure want to buy one!

      bmw ix interioir looks rather nice at daytime and the fake engine sounds are pretty good with that quality 3d audio system ( i personally like their relax mode and expressive mode sound ... but i dont like them fully either. i wish for customizable sounds... if people can play whatever music they want, why should they be worried about what engine sound is being associated with their brand when people drive around? itll only be heard inside the car anyway. they could have a sound mode where torque is represented by base heavy sound and rpm is represented by higher pitch sound, then sound would come separately from each wheel in smooth torque vectoring , where it maybe a separate electric motor per wheel. theres a engine simulator video of ferrari flat 12 by eagle hunter, and gma t50 engien sound insde the car by top gear , and a lexus lfav10 and lexus lc500 v8. i wonder how inline 6 and inline 5 would sound... etc. one of my sounds would be a mix of the engine sounds i mentioned , in what will mostly sound liek eagle hnter flat 12 but with a lot og gma t50 clarity and lessened white noise rough type sound, with some of the rather base heavy tapping glass sound of lfa, and a long high pitch sound range like gmat50 throttle and high rpm. at low power its more relaxing like lc500 mid range, then it gets more intense.

      @@revmatchtv ​ @revmatchtv it probably should be base don the non plugin hybrid as a momentum lotus elise, a knob for lowered power steering, type of hyprtmiling car , a affordable 4 seat single car garage piece. it doesnt sound good when making power, more power isnt worth it. preserving momentum around turns means less relying on regenerative braking , fuel, lubrication , brakes etc. im pretty sure i saw a toyota video explaining kdss active sway bar in a animation fo a prius, but i think they only use it for offroad cars... that sort of thing could make the ride harsh but handle well around turns, then soften things up if its nto wanted and for straights and less intense turns rear wheel drive is arguably a good thing to lessen regenerative braking to trade fuel efficiency for longevity of battery, by less energy flowing into and out of battery, so less dendrite forming battery degradation of battery tech that cant be fully recycled. its supposedly worse for the motors. although mahle says they are working on cheaper and recyclable motor but it needs a transmission and subaru wrx has a high torque cvt, toyota and subaru share a lot and gr prius wouldnt compete with the sound and all wheel drive and grip levels of wrx . even when they do recycle fully maybe with some weird material science advancements, they wont be searchign for and picking up current and older electric car stuff that is short circuited and rusted at the junkyard of moist air , rain, etc and not designed to fit a standard model of design for the sake of easy effective recycling. using limited battery mass to reduce emissions throughout all cars throughout all of time as much as possible, means putting battery mass where emissions would be reduced most, which is in low speed torque situations ... u can make many hybrids with the same mass of 1 ev, and biofuels, efuels, hydrogen etc would all be more sustainable. but im not idealing hybrids, because a small no crakshaft combustion would be much liighter and lower emissions, posibly more effceint, as a hydrallic and or electric battery charger, with electric drive, electric assisted turbos. rear wheel drive also allows less weight in rear mid engine sports car weight distrubition, which helps preserving momentum around turns and you replace all tires at once instead of replacing fronts before rears, especially if breaking steadily instead of hard braking as should be done (tire longveity in hypermiling) ill leave it at just that f

    Why wouldn't they do this? Remember the Prius Persona of 2013 and 2015? I have the 2013 and love it. I'm afraid the dealers would go for a marked up price over what might be expensive enough. From what I have read, this is not a performance car but one purely for looks but a changed suspension for these wheels and tires. The canards and actual carbon fiber hood might not make it onto a production version but why not the other features? I'd like to see the interior a little more interesting with contrasting trim features than what I have seen elsewhere for this car. Of course many of these features may become aftermarket parts.

      fast is stupid for this kind of car. it should be a hypermiling momentum car with better feel of cars traction level, with less power steering, etc

      Weight reduction + aerodynamics, unfortunately it doesn't look good but there's a performance increase.

      @@shinn43 semi transparent wheels covers and 3 woke curved wheels that give a sense of unequality on left and rigth side of wheel surface which a sense of movement even when parked, and vent gills in it fmaybe or brake cooling would look really cool .

    Let's face it, even if they were available, it would be too expensive and not many would buy one . GR corolla are plenty available now, no one wants to buy one because they are overpriced.

      I know a guy who did a track Prius. Cornered fast, but was slow on the straight!
