She can follow the links in this video to apply for a jobs and she must be willing to move to the location of work. Once she is hired by any of those employers, it’s then easy to apply for PR. Her goal should be to find a job as soon as possible so even if it’s not RNIP based on her overall profile, we can assess how many years of Canadian experience she needs to apply for PR.
