There are so many hidden tips you can't describe in a demonstration type culinary video.
For the beginners I advise to pat dry the spinach before chopping. Better if you can let the chopped spinach also rest a while to get dehydrated. Otherwise this chutney will be flooded with water released by spinach.

It is fine but blanch the palak and then use. Not just for this but always. It helps get rid of the excess oxalates and can be healthier

But we should not eat tomato and spinach at a time becoz it was a believe stones vl form
