I didn't see the full room come together. Not once. Not at protecting children from lead in their water, not at stopping drug traffickers, not at advancing cancer research. We need to be exclusively voting for people who will work together against the problem, rather than people who obstruct everyone different from them at every opportunity.

There are about 110 reps under 50 in the house and probably around the same number of reps in their early fifties. The senate is quite a bit older. Only nine senators under 50 and probably about the same number in their early fifties.
Some recognizable names: Ruben Gallego, Ilhan Omar, Lauren Robert, Maxwell Frost, Elise Stefanik, Eric Swalwell, Ro Khanna, Jasmine Crockett, Rashida Tlaib, Majorie T Greene (just), and the above mentioned AOC.
In the senate there's Josh Hawley and Kyrsten Sinema, for example.
Idk if they were all there, though.
And, as you can see from the names I've listed, their age doesn't necessarily have a bearing on how well they represent young Americans.

If you want to do something about the cost of medicine/healthcare eliminate the ability to patent/make proprietary anything related to healthcare. Make it so any and all research be public at all stages on all levels and allow others to take that research and use it for their own research. Amen! I am 78 and i agree. As far as the economy, i never in my life saw it as good or stable. Yup, inflation is a bugger, but that is not his fault. He and others are working hard to curb it. I remember Nixion freezing wages and prices as his solution. That did not go over so great. That was back when canned milk was 10 cents a can on sale 😂 i guess nothing has worked to curb inflation.

When I used to live in the USA 36 years ago the minimum wage was $5.00/hour, if the minimum wage is now $7.00/hour the minimum wage has only been raised by $0.056/hour on average during the past 36 years. Note, $7.00 = SEK 71.68/hour (SEK 11.468,00/month "before taxes", that is slave wages) I get more than that in retirement, and my retirement is roughly 55% of the wages I earned when I was working. What does that tell you about a $7.00/hour minimum wage?
