Plottwist this isnt actually a song but just a witch who really wanted to share her recipe for a love potion.
I love the whimsical feeling of this song. And all the ingredients of the potion that are included in the lyrics. 💕

Oooh! That's interesting. Maybe I had it in my subconscious when writing it, as I love The Little Mermaid. It was one of my most overplayed Disney videos growing up.

I love the ever-growing urgency of this piece! The palpable desperation amplified by Roxane's spellbinding strings. I can almost glimpse your barely lit face above the bubbling cauldron, love it!

This is such a great comment. I'm delighted you're enjoying the piece. I certainly felt like I was writing this one over a bubbling cauldron, chanting and dancing in a little witchy house deep in the forest. It was the most fun track for me to create, and Roxane's strings added a new layer of fabulous wickedness. It all came together marvelously.
This one is the champ of the album in my book. The lyrics and the performance are just giving all the wonderfully twisted and ominously unstable vibes I'm looking for in a witchy song. The plot thickens!

I love this song, this is my favourite of the album and after many months of listening I just realised that the lyrics rythm is similar to "Poor unfortunate soul" the Ursula's songs, not exactly the same of course but a little reminder of it and I find that fascinating if done on purpose!

This song feels like she is doing more then simply making him love her. I see her performing a resurrection that doesnt work in the way she wants. Emotions play a major part in magic, her madness brings forth a beast. A poetic cautionary tale if you will.
