@Winky_ I'll give you an example though of why her benefit of doubt went out the window. In order to drive, there are stipulations you have to pass in order to drive. By you driving on any public roads, you are saying you have a license and insurance. Say I don't have insurance and get in a wreck. It is automatically my fault, and it doesn't matter if I caused it. I could have been hit, but because I took it upon myself to drive, I assume responsibility. She assumed more responsibility because she began spewing nothing but lies, it didn't matter if it was correct. She showed an attempt to deceive Judge Judy and that will never go over well in any civil court because many civil court cases are he said-she said cases. Once someone develops a pattern of lying, they lose all credibility.
I am a cat owner of two cats, but my cats are indoor cats only. In my neighborhood, we have lots of outdoor cats. There are cat fights in the neighborhood, some with serious injuries to other outdoor cats. Outdoor cats also defecate in people's yards. In my flower bed, it got so bad, I had to roll out plastic sheets with spikes to deter them from going to the bathroom in my yard. They don't do it anymore. Outdoor cats also spray urine on my front door, my patio door, and the ventilation screen in my garage. I love cats and I put up with this, BUT it irritates me no end when their owners say "Oh, it couldn't be my cat." I say, "Oh yes it could be your cat or it is your cat!" Everyone thinks their FLUFFY can do no harm and that just isn't true. It also irritates me when people know that their are cats that have owners, but they feed the cats anyway! It is so selfish. Feeding cats outdoors also brings skunks and opossums to the neighborhood. Responsible owners keep their cats indoors so they won't be a nuisance to other neighbors and also because they will live twice as long as an outdoor cat.
@@coffeecake8835 My last comment wasn't directed at you. Like I said in my original post, my neighborhood has a lot of outdoor/indoor cats and I don't hate them. Some of the cats, I'm actually very fond of. I just don't like owners that refuse to believe that their cat when it is outdoors doesn't piss/crap in people's yards or spray urine on doors. It happens. Sometimes their are cat fights too. I'm glad you loved your cat. I'm sure she was a wonderful family member.

The defendent and her lying witness hahaha, nice try though.😂
"Yellow???????" "Now sit down!"😂😂😂😂😂
Nahh! That stock photo part took me completely out! I mean you can't be serious! 🤣
Why did she ADMIT she gave Judge Judy stock photos? At least commit to the lie.
I was hoping to hear JJ drag her through the mud for lying when she said that Max is feral and not hers. Later states she put a note on his collar that says to not feed him cuz he won't come home. Which is it, lady?!
Wow.. he didnt have to prove it was her cat😮
The lady got caught lying. That's an immediate give away that it was her cat. If she would have been honest about her cat, at least about pictures and the collar, then he may not have won. But, as soon as the neighbor showed she was told what to say and the defendant showed "stock photos" of random cats, the benefit of doubt went out the window.
@@jeffnak5598 if nobody saw what happend nobody know if it Even was a cat who did it. Im not agree with JJ on this one.
@Winky_ What are you smoking? The plaintiff saw and reported what happened and the defendant lied about everything out of her mouth. Pretty easy to place guilt. Like I said, if she hadn't lied, judge Judy would have had him show more proof.
@@jeffnak5598 i understand what youre saying Even though English is not my languge, maybe thats why i missed something in this case. But Even though she was talking nonsens I think he should have proved it was her cat. Poor Max maybe hes not guilty lol
Once someone develops a pattern of lying, they lose all credibility.
she should know better at her age, but some people never get it that you cant have your own way all the time.
Yes.
Responsible owners keep their cats indoors so they won't be a nuisance to other neighbors and also because they will live twice as long as an outdoor cat.
it’s wrong that i’m laughing 😂
@@viralroom1001 So are you laughing because you are an AH or some other reason?
9Lives.. Wrong. Our beloved indoor/outdoor cat lived to 19. She had a beautiful and wonderful life. She joined us as a 8week old kitten.
@@getoffmydarnlawn That's funny coming from a person who probably doesn't like cleaning their cat their cat box. lol!
I'm certain I would have been thrown out of the courtroom by Bird and Judge Judy for laughing too much during this case. Not just the farcical nature of the defense, but also the facial expressions of just about everyone involved in the case - even Judge Judy's. Hilarious right to the end! 😂😂😂
A stock photo!!!🤣🤣🤣
Hahaha. Why would you? Really. The hide of the defendant is unbelievable and Ri-Diculous, as JJ would say.
Plaintiff: “Max is a feral cat; he’s not mine.”
Also Plaintiff: “Max wouldn’t come home because she fed him.”
Crazy defendant -
Part 1: That is not my cat
Part 1: The cat is Max and everyone loves him
Part 2: I know that neighbor, she hates Max
Part 2: Don't feed Max, he won't come home
🙄
2:36 wth😂😂😂
lol I bet her witness is quite a good friend
Maybe not so much anymore 😂😂
- It's not my cat, it's feral.
Two minutes later:
- My cat wouldn't come home!
Max the cat isn't mine he's feral he's just squatting at my house eating my cat food for free and wearing my red collar saying don't feed max or he won't come squat at my home. 😂
I wonder how long the defendant and her “witness” practiced that story 😂😂😂
It certainly did look very rehearsed.
She Googled black and white cat pictures to hide from HER black & white cat that attacked the poor dog..
She was supposed to show JJ photos of other cats(in the neighborhood) that looked like Max. Instead she Googled photos of random cats from who knows where. It's a pity the Plaintiff can't be awarded for having to deal with such idiocy. I mean there was no defense or logic there AT ALL.
Her friend said a blue collar and yellow tag. Like the one tom where's in tom and jerry 🤣😂
The side eye from the witness 😂 2:44
