OMG after searching and searching through the web, through Lenovo support, an hour later finally finding this video, I was able to fix my problem. I couldn't use the F keys without using the Fn key!!! This worked and so easy!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

@@CadillacComputerCenter As a follow up question. PC keyboard editing in Microsoft Word, Ctrl-Home brings the cursor to the beginning of a document. In Yoga, even when Hotkey is turned off, the Home key is still the same as the left arrow key. What do we do? Sorry for the trouble.
Your good. You can go into the MS Store and get the free Lenovo Vantage app. This app controls hot key functions for most yoga models. If you have it already, open it and go to input or keyboard settings. It's in there somewhere. Dale

Congrats bro .. but I advise u to download lenovo vantage from microsoft store u can reverse these keys easily and there is a lot of good settings .. just download it .. it is usefull
I need some help please. I have used Virtualdj for over 8 years and just this year I'm having an issue with a unwanted "paste" prompt . While typing in my virtualdj program window (searching for a song) I may type Calling all Angels yet when I hit the two l's in the word calling , I am stopped and giving the "paste" window option. This stops me from continuing to be able to search the song , I must stop , click back in the search bar and it may not happen the next time. I can't consistently recreate the problem. When I decided to click the "paste" window option that appeared , it pasted a link from a google search. I would welcome your wisdom, I don't use hotkeys but the control button is used in my virtual dj program to play a song. This is a new computer for me a Lenovo P51 , 1tb, 32ram. Thank you so much for anything you can do to help. PS, I'm thinking it has something to do with the sequence of keystrokes while searching for songs in my virtualdj program. I don't know the difference between Hotkeys and Windows Shortcut keys.
Thank you, Sir. For the past five months, my Lenovo 9i keyboard has been exhibiting unusual behavior. When I press certain keys, it triggers shortcuts unintentionally. For instance, pressing 'S' activates the Snipping Tool, 'R' adjusts the refresh rate, 'Spacebar' alters the backlight brightness level, and 'M' switches touch mode, among others. This forces me to rely on the floating keyboard or other accessory keypads, rendering the physical keyboard unusable. This issue occurs randomly, sometimes even when I restart the PC or close its cover, without any prior indication. It's worth mentioning that there hasn't been any spillage on the keyboard. Could you please advise on how to address this problem?
I've followed all the steps and it worked! Then I saw there's a 'FnLock' written on my escape key which toggles the Hotkey function without going to BIOS... Not sure when they introduced this, since it's a brand new laptop, but hope this helps for anyone else!
Hi there, firstly thanks for the content it was very helpful, though I wish it have solved my problem. I have an issue you might be able to help me with. I have a Lenovo S340 Ideapad, (same keyboard layout in your video). For some annoying reason both Fn Keys 11 & 12 (dim/brightness) are not working. It's like they have have assigned incorrectly. When I press Fn11 it goes into 'fullscreen' mode, pressing again 'escapes' back to normal. When I press Fn12, it shows the page script...(weird I know!), pressing it again closes it. I would really love to get these keys working properly as I work at night on my laptop and the screen is so bloody bright, it's killing me... Any help would be much appreciated! Best Regards.
