What I like about these courses, as opposed to ours, is the numerous obstacles in such a short distance. That makes the workout a lot more strength and anaerobic based. Bonus, because of the short distance, you can complete it many times in one day, without being completely smoked. That means a lot more technical work.
Hellyeah brother!!! Obstacle courses should be Mandatory for all Physical Fitness Tests on top of the Run and Leg Tuck and Pullups. Love the tunes too, your old band rips! 🤘🤘
HOOAH! Reminds me of when I was young, fit & fast. Now that I'm twice as old, not so much. If you can, avoid serious injuries, y'all! It all catches up with ya on the downhill side of 50!
Thanks for the vid, Randall! Keep 'em coming!
That shit covers all the bases. Up,down, side to side, balance, and cardio. If you can finish, let alone run a decent time, you're fitter than the average human anywhere.
Fit job Randall ❤!!!
all that in 2.36 Awesome!!! LOL Great vid, really good Job!
Thanks, the actual course took about 4 minutes
I hate to say it but the Air Force "confidence course" at Lackland in 89 was harder than that.
dont be that guy, you arent impressing anyone..
@@FBskater88 Dudes not trying to impress tho, that obstacle course looks really bad. US Army obstacle courses are harder and the only thing about it that would look tiring is all the high wall jumps which arent bad if you know how to whip over them using momentum.
@@FBskater88 not sure why you thought I was out to "impress" anyone. It was a statement of fact used to illustrate the fact that modern minimum physical standards are lacking even compared to the least physically rigorous branch of the US just a few decades ago. It wasn't a boast. It was a indictment.
That was awesome! Thanks for sharing brother 🤘
I remember Pirbright (UK) was fun, though that was many years ago now.
Haha that one obstacle trains you for going through the TSA barricades that are always 50 meters of loops even when there is no line of people.
That's some sort of standardized course, since I remember that same one from my childhood, with all the same obstacles and the same order. Though the shape was different, it was an S, the one seen in this video seems to be a "three fold" S. My family lived at a military base, but this was not in Latvia.
Your parkour skills are on point, nicely done!
Good workout! Don't know that I'd call it 'tough' but certainly long - testing endurance. The US military's taller and more demanding obstacles (like on the Ranger courses) will sap your strength much more. 💪💪👍
Dude! You make us OG's proud!
I love a good confidence course.
Nicely done Randall!
Now go tryout the infamous Darby Queen at Ranger School, Ft. Benning phase.
It's 1 mile long with 24 obstacles
I've done it
@@GruntProof
So did I in 1976, yea-yea-yea, you can start the grand dad jokes
Looks just like a normal obstacle course. Maybe even easier because it's all at the same place closely packed.
Dang impressive!
Good shit staying low profile while going over the beams. Nit a bad time either
This needs to be mandatory every 6 months for cops and failure to pass means remedial training. Failure post remedial training should mean mandatory discharge. No more fat unfit cops!
It doesn't look like the French invented Parcour it looks like the army actually did, let's ask Randall to go on American Ninja Warrior.
HELL YEAH! RESPECT ++
If that’s “Europe’s toughest “ obstacle course it’s no wonder there getting there asses kicked... good run though looked like fun.
you've obviously never tried it.
Thats the kind of stuff I wish was anywhere near me cause that looks fun 😃
You Sir, are a can of American Kick🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Ass!!
Nato's screwed...that's their version of an obstacle course?..no "Tower of Death"..???...
lol what song is this? I'm not really into metal but got a little amped up.
I see some people thinking this course is 'easy' in the comments. I promise it's tougher than it looks. I can't remember what I ran it in back in my early 20s.
Oh yea, lots of anaerobic work!
WOW!!!!!
Ask your wife for a 15-minute list of things to do around the house i.e. wash dishes, mow the lawn, clean the bathroom etc,
😂
That was seriously done Randall!
Any thoughts or opinion on parkour, and if it would help you to be an even more outstanding athlete? Specifically on obstacle courses such as this one.
HIBA💪🏻
Sorry but, I don’t know if this is from a UA-cam celeb trying it out or is this supposed to be a real soldier? The technique is horrific
Europe's toughest? Sounds more like a click bait title... How many types have you tried in Europe?
It's a standard obstacle course that could be found for instance in every french garrison. Maybe you do a search on Major Gerald of the French Foreign Legion who explains how to do this course in a professional way.
And: Just check out the videos of the CNEC if you want to compare toughness of obstacle courses...
Don't complain about clickbait if it works on you
@@GruntProof Only once...
That man has amazing cardio
That's the toughest 🤣
I've been practicing this OC extensively... The pit at the end is a killer :) Still, you obtained a very good result!! Gratz!
