@@stephanieann6622 Really really wrong right there. Pandan, the plant itself, was belief to first to be first cultivated by the Moluccas of Indonesia. It’s popularity got spread across Asia, especially in Southeast Asia. You see, Green pandan waffle was first invented in Vietnam after the French introduces waffles to them. This is is CA bakehouse from San Jose, started by the generation of bakery by the Lam family at Vietnam and China. Then it was carried over to American. So the truth is: This is a Vietnamese-Chinese bakery. The Lam (or Lâm for Vietnamese) family are Chinese-Vietnamese. Cool huh? 🇻🇳 🇨🇳
