I took my dodge journey to the dealer for a battery now they informed me that my car will not shift. They are saying I need a power control module. It was working fine before I took it to them. They also performed two recalls. Could they have caused this problem my replacing the battery?
Do y’all have a video on hot to adjust the headlights for this vehicle??? I’ve read there are two adjustment screws per fixture but have only found 1 each
Just want to thank you guys . So far you've help me install led head lights and thermostat and radio , on my 2015 Dodge Journey . You installed and explained nice and slow . LoL keep up the great work. I always check you page before anywhere else .
Hi just wanted to ask it's been bothering me @ 4:42 into the video. What is that blue connecter is it just a spare wire or does it plug into something. If you can please help thanks.
Hi my name is richard, from chile. I have journey 2009 is video is for my truck? In chile the optical maybe change example H11 for beam low and 9005 for beam high is correct? And for fogger led is PSX24w? Thank and sorry for my english 😄
I’ve learned that the higher wattage LEDs have a balusters the lower wattage LEDs do not so if you want a bright LED you make sure it comes with a small baluster connected to it
hey, i have a 2018 journey and i'm installing LED fog lights psx24w/2504... i noticed the bulbs are at an angle and they only seem to want to go in certain way.. they are at 11o'clock and 5 o'clock the other one is 1o'clock and 7o'clock
Try using the low beams with the car running and same with the headlights they will flicker on and off I have a 2016 journey that I needed 12v power harness to be able to run led for my head lights and I needed another for my high beams and another kit for my fog lights
@@joehoupe8874 I used a amazon harness it’s plug and play besides the ground and the 12v power but you might need new bulbs because mine flickered so much before I installed it I had to replaced them and my problem was solved but make sure you get a harness with a capacitor
Hello! By any chance is it possible that the led bulbs can cause problem with the ECU? I installed mine 3 days ago and now the transmission is not working normal 🥺
I have heard that led/hid headlights can damage your TIPM. You need to use a special harness that will trick the computer into thinking the car still has halogen bulbs. Morimoto makes a mopar spec harness.
Have your lights randomly turned off while driving at night? I only asked because I installed some LED bulbs and they turned off several times that same night while driving.
right., it sucks when the channel operator doesnt stay relevant, and you have a question, and you scroll through here and its all people with questions, and zero replies.
My left headlight recently went out. The high beams work but no low beams. I went to auto store to replace buld and the light didn't come on. They checked the fuse and it was fine. Any idea what it could be?
Probably a short in one of the wires going to the drivers side bulb. Test continuity or voltage using a multi-meter. Easiest fix is to jump over the short with another wire using wire taps. The passenger side useally feeds from the drivers side, have had to jump over both at one time or another on several vehicles.
@@BodyPiercingByGlock Can I go to a regular mechanic to do that or should I go to the dealership? I fear I'll make things worse if I try to do it myself.
The bulbs use less electricity than regular halogens so the ECU isn’t detecting bulbs connected so it is sending pulses to the bulbs to make sure they’re still working. There is a aftermarket part to connect in between the harness and bulb in order for this not to happen. I’m looking into it. Will update when I find it

I love how you show the easy side (passanger) now do the driver side...
Exactly 😂
What are you talking about. I have the 3.6l V6 limited FWD '14 journey. Drivers side is just as spacious if a bit less. Not much tho
@Mickocarbomb Mines a bit more involved 2016 3.6 awd passenger was far easier then driverside
exactly. Driver side is hard. I decided to give it to garage
Is it possible for you to show us the driver side low beam replacement?
Damn! That made a huge difference!!!
Is it possible to install only low beam with LED and leave the high beam with the conventional bulb?
Thanks, just finished installing mine. Your video was very helpful. The only thing that sucked was installing the drivers side headlight

Mine is freemont and high beams are 9005, low beams are h11. And the place of low beams are incredibly narrow, it kills you to take it out.
