I enjoy creating these updates because they let me share more than just yarn-like encounters with cool animals or unique situations. As I mentioned last Sunday HookerVsHooker has begun for March:
HookervsHooker is a show where crocheters battle it out with their makes for bragging rights. You can watch last night's show and see what it is about at • HOOKER VS HOOKER - FIN... . You can also join this make-along by making something and sending a photo to [e-mail] before the showdown date. (I do not know that date yet). If you want to be a color picker, project picker, or a contestant, email them. The more people who participate, the more fun it becomes! For March, you have to make a bowl and 3 things that are cohesive to go in it. The colors for this project are green, yellow, orange, blue, and red.

My town is so old. I need to get some downtown area photos. It is very "Straight out of the Andy Griffth Show" lol. In fact Jim Nabors was born and raised just a few towns over. A lot of movies set back in time are beginning to be filmed more and more here. They filmed The Devil All the Time with the guy who played Edward Cullen in downtown and three doors down from my parents!! It was crazy!
