  • Here goes some throwback footage from my BOX CHEVY build. This is Part 1 of a 4 part series that will show some of the LONG process of putting this car together. This particular video shows some of the beginning process of this build (motor, squat, rims, transmission, etc.) If you follow me on IG (@bloodsweatandgears87) then you know that the car is complete now and these are all throwback videos. I will continue to post THE BOX BUILD series until I get to the point where the car is now. Stay tuned for Part 2 & 3 coming soon!!!

    Hey that's a nice Chevy what's the secret to getting that squat like that because I have a 77 Cutlass Supreme I have a 24s and I want it to set like your car amazing video 👌 powerful motor

    • @bloodsweatandgears87
      @bloodsweatandgears87  5 років тому

      That's a hard question to answer because it depends on SEVERAL different things. Depends on what type of car, what size wheels, the offset of the wheels, etc. I can't give a one size fits all answer but I can mention a few things that could point you in the right direction. Shortened rear end, rear wheels with low offset, tub work, extended trailing arms, etc. Now.. you might NOT need any of that.. or you could need all of that. It all depends on the car, the wheels and everything. I know people who had to do all that and more.. and some people who just shortened their rear end and added a bunch of music in the trunk and their car squatted. It just depends.

    • @vocals4378
      @vocals4378 4 роки тому

      If you do 24s put some super heavy duty coil springs on the car then put a set of the coil over shocks and you can adjust the height of the car I sold my 77 Cutlass supreme and got a 87 Chevy Caprice
