@user-mn7hn3qs7v you may want to watch some videos of actual shrimp swimming. The can move both directions. If you look at Savage Gear, Voodoo Shrimp, Live Target Shrimp they also are all oriented to swim in this manner. I do tie a lot of shrimp flies that move in the other orientation.
