      Hi, yes I think what your is very versatile, you apply a lot of things in life like: good work ethics, team work, understanding a bit of science behind the fermentation, adjusting and just working with cool people. Yes, it is not the easiest job, but at least i have a privilege to enjoy what i do 😌😊 thank yku for your comment ☺️

    I loved this! I'm going to start working at a bakery shop tomorrow, and even though i love making pastries as a side hobby, i was a bit scared of how tiring it can be as shifts are really early and there's a lot of physical work with it, but your videos made me realize it's actually pretty fun if you take care of your body too!! Thank you so much, now I have high hopes of giving my best! Also from your other videos i've seen that your Spanish is really great!! It's nice you're learning another language, so good luck with that too!

    h. Garth Here from Cape town. Love the pastries and bread , lavoour should be really nice as most of your doughs are made the day before. Im working for a large frozen dough manufactuer so its really nice to see the fresh dough concept

    Hey! Have you ever considered using a food spray gun for egg washing? We switched to a gun a while back and it makes egg washing a breeze! Products look amazing, keep up the great work!

      Thank you! 😊 yes we do spray buns with the gun spray but if we have time we brush with a simple classic brush, up to the baker ☺️

      hi, do you mean egg wash before baking or the one after baking? If the second one - thats sugar syrup with different flavour :)

    Really clean manufacture. Why don't you use spraer for buns with chocolate sticks? Perfect execution.

      hey, we use if we do a large bake, for this amount we can afford to spend some time brushing each individually :) very good question! ☺️thank you!🙂

    My dream is to work in a bakery. I went to a baking and pastry school so I did get some experience (8 month class). I need to work on multitasking and being fast. I remember I had to decorate a cake, make dinner rolls, make puff pastries and fillings, make cookies, and some other pastry I can’t remember under 5 hours. I would love to hear some advice from you.

      @@emilyvelvet4902 ok so I recommend to do MEP list, follow it and try practicing at home :)
      Whatever takes the longest time to make start first and ALWAYS multitask. Know what and when you do. Be confident my dear☺️🏅

      For focaccia we don’t use biga or levain, only yeast, fot croissants we use poolish and yeast ☺️
