Wow. Thank god you've got all that space for your parts. I felt overwhelmed, just seeing the car by itself. But I have faith in you. One bite at a time. Even if it turns out to be more than 80 episodes and the timeline stretches a little.
Yes, blessed with a nice shop and storage. The project is overwhelming if I look at the whole thing, but I'm sure I can figure out each step of the way. I'm hopeful that I can share what I learn along the way, but also can meet new friends on the channel who can help answer questions I don't know.
Doug it looks like you have a Great "puzzle" to assemble. I hope it all comes together for you just the way you have pictured in you mind. Thanks for sharing your progress. Keep us posted.
even the longest journey begins with a single step, and with one step at a time you will make great progress. I hope you will not need all 80 episodes :-)
Thanks! I hope that it goes faster than I expect...but that's often not the case. Did Jo Daddy do a segment on your car as a viewers rides one time? I watched that whole episode. You are doing some nice work. If I remember right, your car was a lot worse than you expected, right? How far along are you now?
@@3rdstallgarageyou are correct. in fact my latest video is where I discovered some rust on passenger door that I had to fix so there is always a surprise hiding somewhere on these things. keep up the great work
Fair question, to be sure. Here's the backstory. I really struggled feeling ok about building a large two story garage with heated space when I have homeless neighbors just a few blocks away sleeping under a bridge. In order to feel ok about it, I committed to living out a God first, others second, and I'm third philosophy to life. Bev and i park our daily drivers in the first two stalls (1&2). The mustang is in the 4th stall and the 3rd stall is always open for other peoples needs. That third stall is always open when God places somebody in my life who I can help or somebody who needs a place to work on something. Let me know if you need a place to work on your car John!
Sweet shop!
Thank you! It took me three years to build it and I love it.
Great space and best of luck with the progress. Maybe I will meet up with you with my 65 on that trip.
Sounds great. Let's put the trip on the calendar!

Another great video! You've got your work cut out for you but I believe in you. Your stubbornness is unmatched!
Yes! Thank you!

Thanks for the encouragement. It's a fun challenge.

Why is it called 3rd stall? You have 4 spots and 2 doors.
But seriously curious.
