The genius is a bit tricky to follow because he jokes a lot! First Harry talks about Kirlian camera and THE SUB-ATOMIC ENERGY MATRIX and later at 15:12 then starts to talk about the PIP.
Oldfield has been teaching his method in many countries how to diagnose the human bio-field for energy leakage and disease!
