  • 1 part magic, 1 part awe-inspiring. This is the most mystical use of high voltage electricity you may ever see. Kirlian Photography makes use of several physics principles to create Plasma, in the shape of any conductive object. Is it Plasma, or, is it an Aura? Make no mistake, this is your ultimate DIY Kirlian video. #Kirlian #art #photography
    Find a similar High Voltage supply here: amzn.to/3pKuK9g May want to wind less on the primary though, for higher voltage out.
    Find acrylic here: amzn.to/2MLtZej . Depending on power source - may want to try 1/8".

      The "phantom leaf" was done by laying a damp leaf down, then cutting part off. It left some dampness on the surface. That is the source of the ghost of the missing portion. This was debunked not long after the image was made.

    • @renatos.c.3393
      @renatos.c.3393 4 роки тому +2

      @@among-us-99999 Well there are some small replicas that doesn't need a big equipment and that are safe to make, I was able to make one with a small vaccum pump (1/3 HP, 4 cfm) and a 15kv power source, it was enough to create a nice plasma around the ''nucleus''. So since he has a huge voltage multiplier he could be able to achieve better results

    • @among-us-99999
      @among-us-99999 4 роки тому +3

      @Renato S.C. What you built was probably just a spherical focus diode, without any fusion capabilities
      His problem would be the required vacuum setup (very high vacuum required, needs to be able to add extremely small controlled amounts of deuterium to it, the chamber should be made out of metal)

    • @renatos.c.3393
      @renatos.c.3393 4 роки тому +1

      @@among-us-99999 I agree, but is just to show a concept, no deuterium or diffusion vacuum pump, just a small demonstration, he could even use it to electroplate stuff, and also play with the plasma inside using strong magnetic fields

      I suspect at some point soon certain aspects of Kirlian Photography will be expanded into a sophisticated Magnetic Resonance Imaging that is able to re-couple damaged cells and repair the human body in a way similar to the healing machine in Elysium.
      The mechanism of "reflection" is obtained by oscillations of electrons (or atoms) by an in-coming magnetic field, which generate another wave reflected from the surface. So while something may not look like a mirror to your eyes, it may be a mirror at some other frequency. The only materials that will redirect magnetic fields are materials that are ferromagnetic (attracted to magnets), such as iron, steel (which contains iron), cobalt, and nickel.

    Hi Jay,
    I have one question about this build. is the water used just tap water, or did you add an electrolyte to help it be more conductive? I can't wait to try this project out for myself!
    I love your channel. It's a goldmine for weekend projects!

    It's amazing how balanced water is as a dielectric/conductor.
    Was that just tap water in the Kirilian frame?

      Correct. This was filled with Tap Water.

    I always wanted to build this, thanks. I can think of some uses for this. Like static pressure. Maybe we can use graphene instead of water.

    well, just because it's physics it doesn't mean it does not show the aura of a person. (or a thing). spiritaulity is not simply believe in magic or so but is partly based on quantum physics and can (theoretically) be explained. for example, a persons aura is in fact the frequency of this person, or the vibrational frequency of the persons magnetic field. this is measurable and absolutely non-fiction as well as the influence of this magnetig field on the environment - and the other way around.

    Awesome footage and technique! I think the key was my favorite. I'm curious what type of power supply you used. Off topic, but I'm also curious about that Tesla coil in the background...

      Hi Nigel! Thank you very much. The Key was legit, glad you agreed. The power supply is a flyback supply I built years ago. It's actually been in tons of my videos. The tesla coil, I shot a video about called "The Genesis Coil". It's an older video, and isnt that good. But, will give you all the details on my tesla coil!

      Thanks for the reply! The first video of yours I watched was the one where you made a power supply from a flyback driver and fluorescent ballast. I built it too and it's been handy - maybe I'll try that on this experiment. Edit: I just noticed in the video description you give a link which literally shows the type of power supply you used. I have all those components!

    Amazing! I get giddy every time you release a new video!
    Question about the build, I see that one lead is attached to each plexiglass part, but is your hand or other object placed in between the two and I'm contact? Or is it somehow just needed on the outside? (I'm sure this is a simple question, but with the lights out to show the effect, it is difficult to see where the object is in relation to the panes)
    Thank you as always for the videos and inspiration!

    • @PlasmaChannel
      @PlasmaChannel  4 роки тому +1

      Hi Justin, great question! So, when imaging small objects, they are placed under the top water pane, and also sit on the adjustable middle plexiglas shelf. On that shelf, they touch a grounded wire. Basically, electricity flows between that grounded wire, through the object, and it capacitively couples with the water pane....and completes the circuit.
      When using a hand, my body is grounded already. So, no ground wire needed. My hand is just placed on TOP of the water pane, and I move the camera to the underside of the whole device to show the plasma.
      Cheers!
