Most of the honeycombs seen in this video do have to much remaining moisture in the Honey (Honey shouldn´t flow like water). Therefore it´s not ripe and harvestable honey.
@@wildhoneyhunters For us in Germany it would only be allowed to harvest Honey if it´s less than 20% moisture, even if it is honey out of a forest. (For us that would mainly be Pine "Pinus" and Spruce "Picea" or Lime tree "Tilia") ^^

Honey taste, color, smel and texture depends on the flowering season, honey in forest has minimum 20 to 23 % of moisture level.
