Cena nowej Dacji Duster i schodzącego modelu Suzuki Vitara ( z rabatem ) prawie taka sama !

Based on the video. If your stuck with Vitara you should put it to LOCK without ESP and OFFROAD if on Duster.
Its not so clear that should you keep ESP on or off in Duster. On the last test where only back wheel has grip it performs better with ESP on.

Except for the last test Dacia performed more predictable at lower speeds without needing to rev it out aggressively. Being able to apply throttle gently and get out is much better, revving your engine aggressively launches you in an unpredictable way and direction and you can damage the car on the next obstacles. I'm truly impressed by the Dacia system and yes I drive a Suzuki Ignis hard off road www.youtube.com/@tinyadventuresoffroad/videos

@@4x4.tests.on.rollers I tested Vitara AGS. IMHO, results was poor, I overheated trannie very fast, faster than on Korando rear axle coupler. As You said, on AGS You have not control over the clutch. Same problem have all cars with dry dual clutch transmissions (Hyundai / Kia DCT, Renault / Dacia EDC, VW lowspecs DSG, Stellantis's new EAT dry twin clutch transmissions too, etc. etc. etc.) Very similar problems has all CVT systems with belt (but not e-CVTs). If someone want automatic transmission for vehicle with intended usage in offroad conditions, then should choose automatic transmission with hydrodynamic converter.

For the awd system to work as intended, the engine needs to be revved up. The driver in the duster doesn't exactly do that, while the driver in vitara seems more experienced and revvs it more. I bet the test will look a bit different if the duster driver will rev the car more from the start.

And moreover - imho it needs too much wheelspin to pass even that late.
