She was an amazing actress! I think it's awesome that she lived to 88!
Her twin sister is still going strong at 97. I feel sorry that she lived to only 88 in comparison. Florence Henderson was only 82 when she suddenly left here.

Lovely lady! I met her once briefly when she lived here in the Pittsburgh area and she was a very humble person, but I thanked her for giving me so many terrific childhood memories.
I still watch the reruns to this day and I'm 58 years old The Brady Bunch, Saturday morning cartoons, The $6 million man was a way of life back in the '70s for a kid.

Interesting facts about Ann B. Davis (1) She has a twin sister named Harriet and an older brother named Evans. (2) Toured Vietnam, Thailand, and Korea with the USO. (3) Originally wanted to be a doctor and studied pre-med at the University of Michigan. (4) Her first motion picture role was in Strategic Air Command (1955) with James Stewart, as a waitress who sets a cake in front of Stewart. The scene was later cut out of the film. (5) She played the same character (Alice Nelson) in six different series: The Brady Bunch (1969), The Brady Bunch Variety Hour (1976), The Brady Brides (1981), Day by Day (1988), The Bradys (1990) and Hi Honey, I'm Home (1991).💐💐 Ann B. Davis tragically died after falling in the bathroom and hitting her head. She was 88 when she passed away on June 1, 2014.

Hi Lamont. Thank you for another well done video. I’m 40, but I grew up watching numerous episodes of the Brady Bunch, and Anne B. Davis was one of my favorite characters. I remember her doing a video game commercial in the late 90s where she said something to the effect of: Here’s the story of an angry lady. I also liked her cameo in Naked Gun 331/3 where she played an ideal house keeper. Sadly, none of the adult cast members are living, but may god bless them all.

Grandmother confidant figure for not only those Kids But like the same for Mark sorry scratch that Mike & Carol she really gave a lot of moral support & advice to EVERYONE in that Family Just like Shirley Booth did in her professional capacity as the maid Hazel in her own series called Hazel she was in service of a Doctor & his family a active modern family of their time end of 1950s beggining of the 1960s took care of the maid duties & like Alice was a Confidant / Aunt / Grandma figure so to speak helped the family threw daily trials & tribulations of their Era

Back in the mid nineties I worked in the parts dept at a car dealership in San Antonio.One day a lady came in to order a part for her car and I was the one helping her out. The whole time I so wanted to to say that she reminded me and sounded just like Alice of the Brady Bunch.Turned out it was Ms. Davis after all.She was a really nice lady may she RIP

My grandmother was born on April 25, 1911. She passed away in March 2018, 3 weeks shy of her 107th birthday 💔... I miss her every day. 💔
My mom was in the same grade as Ann in high school. She said She remembers Ann as being a very funny girl. Imagine that. We would watch the Brady Bunch as kids and my mom always loved watching the show with us. Lol, Ska-neck-ta-dee. I’m sure you were just dyeing to know that.
