You have to level up 11 times to complete it I think. Either that or you have to level up 22 times (2 times for each item, which is what they did with the Lego Pass), I don’t remember. Either way, it’s not really hard to complete if you play for like 2 hours a day.
If your pc is bad you can try playing from the Xbox cloud you just need a microsoft account, no gamepass required. Thats how i've been playing since i lost my Xbox Alternatively theres also the GeForce experience cloud, but that one sucks badly unless you pay the daily/monthly subscription
