Instead of baking powder can we keep it overnight for fermentation?
I just made this. You have to add 2 cups of water while grinding the mix. Also you need to add another binding agent. Only rava and poha will not hold the dosa together.

Yes.we make majjige Saru(curd sambar if you will) and we heat it. I am from Karnataka.
But I heard curd should not be cooked..
Instead of baking powder.. can we use Eno fruit salt..
Baking powder is better than eno. Just use cooking soda instead of eno

Mene ye recipe 3 times bnaai hai. Or bohat acchi bnti. Phatta b nhi hai or softness b acchi hai. Aapne shayed measurements sahi nhi lia hoga. Or tawa b non stick ho to accha bnega.
