My turtle had an eye infection and turtle fix made it go away.

How I used it:
1)Get a small container and put warm water in it.
2) Put two drops of turtle fix in the container (use the cap top)
3) Put the turtle in the container and put one more drop on the infected area.
4) Let the turtle swim in it for 10 minutes
5) Put the turtle and water from the container back in the tank.
You should see the infected area improve slowly.
Saved my turtles life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I use this product every time I clean the tank i leave em in there for about a hr believe me they love it and this product work!! Highly recommend this product
so you put your turtle in a separate container with the product or in the actual tank?
@@boui.1 yes put the turtle in a separate tank for about 30 min in 80°water every other day for a week i did this and it worked great I should have used this and saved over 120 dollars from the vet visit if known sooner

I have a turtle with shell rot, I was wondering how long do I keep turtles in the water with api turtle fix water

Í have the bottle myself and it said to add 1ml for every 2 gallons and for 7 days

Baby RES doesn't eat much. Always closed his eye so i am quite worried. I bought turtle fix hoping it will cure my RES.
I have one and I haven’t opened it yet. Is it safe to touch the water directly. It says it can cause skin irritation. Can I just wash it off after I clean my turtle?
Yes it is I use it a lot to clean my turtle and you do not have to wash it off just put them back in the tank. The product will not hurt your turtle in any way
Our daughter got a turtle for her bday and he never eats. Hes only eaten a few times since July and sits on his rock and barely moves. Hes not swimming anymore either but will move his head. His eyes are closed, is there anything else youd recommend or should this help?
Hi you can try and see if he'll eat this when I 1st got my turtle he wasn't really eating anything for about 2 weeks after I got him you can try ultra fresh shrimp Delight it's 100% natural to see if the turtle will eat that and try turtle fix and sludge destroyer I hope this helps

It’s common in red ear sliders could be an eye infection or vitamin A deficiency
But in this case looked like an eye infection
So you don’t put the turtle fix in tank

Tbh I don’t know never had to deal with shell rot but it made for bacteria infection if that helps
Yes It does I in use it for my turtles plastron and carapace it cured the whole carapace, and is working on the plastron I also use iodine and let my turtle dry dock for two hours if needed for more information just ask me when you reply!!😊

I'm so happy your turtle got better and I was wondering if I could use it on my 4 month old snapping turtle, His eyes aren't swollen but he keeps his mouth open while breathing and he lets out bubbles even when it's not in the water?
My indian roofed turtle does the same
I think they got respiratory infection
@@104Aviation since I commented he's definitely gotten better but he still does it from time to time. He hasn't showed any symptoms of getting worse and even though it's little improvement I'm still super happy that hes still active and eating

Yes this does not hurt your turtles eyes skin or shell they can also ingest it on the back of the bottle it says that you can put it in there aquarium!!😉
