Finally! Short. Simple. To the point. Thank you for not making a 4 hour video to do a 2 minute repair. Mine just went out and I had an idea it was prob like changing the DRLs but wanted to make sure before I did it myself.
Has anyone experienced the lens for the fog lights blacking out over time?? I have tried to search for any video on how to possibly fix it but no luck!
Thank you for explaining quickly and easily juxtaposed to making a long drawn out process that induces the viewer want to use multiple Pew Pew on the vehicle.
Hi Tony what a great video showing us how to change a light bulb on your Jeep Renegade. It must be nice to have a Jeep, nice ride. It's always nice to see you doing one of your videos. Thanks Jim 😏
What are the lights above the fog light but below the main headlight and how do you change those? It costed me $60 to get one changed and I want to try to learn how to change the other one. It went out 2 months after I had the other one changed.
Hi, I tried to change the driver's side fog light bulb in same manner, but the wiring harness is not long enough to pull out of the fender like you did on the passenger side. There's no way to get 2 hands inside that space so I had no choice but to leave the bad bulb in. Do you know of any other way to get to that bulb?
H11 runs at 55w correct? Should install H8 at 35W. H8 is for fog lights specifically. H11 will run too hot and could damage other electronics due to high wattage.
I have a 2015 Renegade Latitude Trim with the 2.4L engine FWD. Can anyone tell me where the fuse for the fog lights is located? I find it strange that they would both stop working- so want to check the fuse first. Thanks.
You shouldn't touch the new bulb glass with your bare hand. You could leave oil from your hand in the glass, which could cause the glass to Crack when it heats up. That's right on the instructions on the new bulb package.
@@tonysreviews turned the wheel all the way.. got my hand on it and unscrewed it… one hand & can’t detach bulb holder without 2 hands in there..wire harness connection isn’t long enough on this car .. ok now I gotta go pay someone … H11 bulb change ..

Make a tech do it at an auto parts store.

Shirley you are the best too! ❤️
What if you replaced the bulb and it didnt fix it. What could that mean?
It’s a bad sensor or maybe a bad socket.
@@tonysreviews oh boy.. sounds expensive???

❤thank you❤
You are very welcome!
You can always put colorful lights on there 😂
You can not get your hand in there unless the wheel is off !!
I did. Many times.

Should have upgraded to LEDs. Worth every penny
I have since upgraded to LEDs and I have since sold that Renegade.
Thanks for your comment and the great advice.
The ones that blind people while driving!?
@@invader_britt yes and no. If fog lights are at proper level they shouldnt bother you.
