I can't begin to imagine some of the things these men have seen so who are we to judge how they handle the situation? Some people are quiet, some detach completely. It might come across to some as being disrespectful because they are loud and smiling but everyone deals with death differently and these men have most likely seen more dead bodies than most of us will in our lifetime.
@@juliefett I agree. They are not smiling and laughing at a funeral, they are smiling and laughing because they know they just found closure for a family.

I didnt enjoy the hooting and hollering, really disrespectful. It isnt a time for raucous celebration, a quiet sense of accomplishment. As usually shown by AWP
It's crazy discovering this channel and realizing how many cars are low key at the bottom of bodies of water everywhere and nobody even knows they are there.
There was a small fishing pound we use to go to almost every weekend. Water had been down 25 feet at its lowest. Randomly they found a car with a guys wife in it. Had been down there for 8 years. We never saw it, no one that went there had ever saw it. Then one day the water was just right and there it was. It freaked the hell out of everyone.
Many vehicles were likely ditched here after being used in crimes, including insurance fraud. They would run every vehicle found to see if attached to a missing person case.
@@JenAmazed42you are choosing to look at it from a weird angle. Yes, it’s sad but it’s also joyous. I’m sorry but if you believe their celebration is anything other than pure adrenaline, and joy and tons of other emotions is weird then that’s a you problem. And I mean that in the nicest way. You can’t tell people how to process their own emotions. Jared has been doing this for awhile, while one of those men said it was their first day I do believe. That's not the first time that happened about a year and a half ago they went to go search and police divers tried to find her and Jared found the car in 20 min
As a former PADI SCUBA Instructor/DiveMaster/Rescue Diver, about the timeframe she went missing...I can't believe they didn't do search behind her house with SCUBA at the time she went missing, given she said exactly what she intended to do. It just baffles me why they didn't at do a cursory grid search in that area back then. If I had been a friend of that family, I would dove back there just to make sure. The visibility really is decent actually, no need for sonar using a bottom grid search method.
I was thinking this. I’m not a diver, but I wouldn’t be able to live without knowing if my mother is in the water behind my house. I would’ve learned. I would’ve made it my profession. I would’ve called on whoever I could to dive the spot and help me clear my doubt, my worries. If it were my friend, I’d do the same. Look for her until she is found.
Police departments dont care to save people, their misson is to get as many convictions as possible. For them sending a search team with divers is just an expense in the departments eyes.

I was scared there was going to be gators in the water. Man there were so many cars!! I know the other cars weren't what they were looking for but i can't help but wonder about those too!! Great teamwork on this case. Jared I hope you're taking care of yourself. Noticed you was coughing a lot in this video and a bit under the weather. It's ok to rest and take care of yourself as well
They did say they were going to give all the plate numbers to the police to make sure they didn’t miss any other unsolved cases.
I don’t understand why they didn’t look for her 38 years ago, she literally told them where she would be! Thank you to this crew for finding her… giving both Maureen and her family the peace and answers they deserve. Best wishes from Australia 🇦🇺 x
Probably didn't have the right resources to search for her. Also, they had nothing but what she said to children as to the fact she was going to take her own life. The police could only take a missing person report. Thanks to all who worked to bring Maureen home.
I respect your team so much. I’ve been watching these for a bit and you’re so compassionate and loving. I don’t think I could hold my emotions with some law enforcement you have dealt with. Thank you for everything you do.
I'm so happy to see Jared back doing good things for people that need closer. Great work guys. People in this world today judge people way to soon before the truth is clear . Keep trucking Jared and keep finding closer for people in need .
❤
😊
This is Heart Breaking. Make you Hug and Love your family while you have them. Great Job Guys and Gals
It never ceases to amaze me, just how dedicated these teams are when it comes to finding people. I love watching these guys work so hard to bring home loved ones. Makes me proud to be an Oregonian! Thank you guys for all you do!
Update 3/12: the team was here in Douglas County working on this a few days ago! 💖 Sadly no sign of the missing teacher, but they left some equipment they thought could be helpful. 👊🙏
I immediately thought of this team coming to Douglas County Oregon....a Glide schoolteacher reportedly drove off the road into the river. Sadly, the vehicle has been found, but the driver is missing from it, as the windows were reportedly busted out. 😢
It's hard to comprehend why a woman who is still so young would choose that course. My thoughts are with her family. Thank you all for bringing her home.😢
I CAN'T BELIEVE how much the car was still together after 38 years!!
Well it is a chrysler K car wagon, tough little cars.
Yeah they don’t make them like they used to
