Lucky Charms were my favourite cereal. Those little Marshmallow bits were like crack! It's interesting seeing the serving sizes, the cereal was actually bigger than I thought it would be. It does make me laugh when I read on the packet 'only 60 calories per serving' only to realise my idea of a 'serving' is like 6x what a serving is supposed to be!
to me serving size is just a suggestion; the only time you really should follow a serving size strictly may be the most inflammatory things like the vast majority of carbohydrates, and fats to a milder degree 😋😋🧋 if you're very active physically, carbs are not evil 😇😈
the reason you had so little calories but still felt full was cuz you didn't eat many empty calories. You ate filling foods, like the milk, eggs, cheese, dumplings
I never had a cereal for breakfast are used to eat a lot, but I stopped I do prefer eating pancakes and eggs, boiled eggs, as well as the eggs sometimes in the morning

Rice crispy treats were my favorite cereal back in the 90s. They don't sell them anymore. Other than I prefer honey nut cheerios
