Thank you once again for you wisdom snd encouragement I am at the end stage of Discovery I believe i have enough time to call back two witnesses allowing time. The last witness was hostile and no longer works for the district. The solicitor was telling me I could not ask certain questions and could not ask deponent to read documents into the record. Lawyer and deponent were telling me i could not ask my questions about deponent having similar medical conditions that I had experienced snd alerted HR and others what is my recourse? I still can recal witness for short tonr probably 1.3 hours
Hi. With regards to your recourse concerning recalling a deponent, and any other question you might have, read F.R.C.P. 32, which governs depositions. Best.
@advocatelucinda I actually met one recently...litigants can type all the case law, state federal codes and state statutes but if there is fraud and a bribe non of it matters...and some of the biggest racists sit on the bench, it's my opinion of why the south is taking longer to legalize cannabis. Regarding a sample appellate brief, google "sample appelllate brief", or something like that. EEOC has discretion to file a lawsuit on behalf of the complainant. It's designation of record. The appellant looks through the trial court record and choose what materials to send the Court of Appeal for review. This process is called designating the record on appeal. Check the district court's website where the case is pending. It may have a template you can use.

Would never happen to them. Why did they let this get to this point with me for so long. Twice as educated as most of them. 11 years of this type of thing. Not even counting threats which is not going on while I watch this. Seems illgal and unethical. I expect it to get addressed damages calculate dand a plan put in place for me to remediate. I am being sexually harassed excessively while I watch this. Seems to have something to do with fiction like that movie Closer. We will put me among healthy peers going forward.
I mean... 11 years of that looks like a bunch of people part of something to derail my progress in fields where I would be using my brain. Needs to be rectified.
