Slip and trip can result musculoskeletal injuries & Fractures.
Take care of overhead structure/pipe racks
Keep access/walk ways always clear from any obstruction
Inclement weather condition
Workers can hit by Piling machine, equipment and get injured due to fog.
Stop work in case of any inclement weather conditions ( fog etc.)
Restrict movement of heavy vehicles/equipments in fog

Uncertified piling Machine & Operator,
Collapse of tripod,
Piling equipment/machine failure.
Workers can injure by tripod.
Pile machine & its operator should be certified
Stand the tripod properly, tripod to be fixed on ground properly.
Keep away all unauthorized people during movement of heavy vehicle/equipments
Be careful of nearby live areas
Ensure Close HSE monitoring /supervision
Improper barricade
Entry of unauthorised person.
Fall of person in Pile.
Barricade the working area properly
Sling broken, load drop
Fatal/injury due to load drop.
Ensure proper & inspected accessories being used for drilling
Ensure that drilling bit is properly fixed with locking pins
Keep away during drilling operation

Availability of fresh water at site
First aid box should be in place at site
Skin contact with concrete or other chemicals
Skin contact with concrete can cause blisters, dead or hardened skin.

Poor visibility at night hours
Tripping of workers due to Poor visibility
Ensure proper lighting.

The process is called boring or drilling not piling. The structure is called bored piles. Pile here means post or stake or "khamba" in hindi.
