The massive tie-beams connected to the pile columns va massive pile column bases will stabilize and support a 4-storey building even in this loose soil. The only thing I would like to been done is for the pile column rebar to be welded to the column base rebar framework. Clearly, the designers must have tested the stability of the soil in detail to committ to such an expensive building foundation ! Bravo ! Kudos to the engineers!
Have seen the following :- 1. Hooks of few stirrup/rings of the beams are placed in the lower portion of the beam. All the hooks of rings should lie in upper portion of beam as per engineering thumb rule. Compression in upper portion and tension in bottom. 2. Use of proper concrete coverage block is not seen in the video. Instead use of brick pieces is wrong. Bricks absorb moisture causing rust to the iron rods in contact with it. 3. Lapping zone, lapping Length in case of columns /pillars seem not properly maintained as per engineering procedure and guideline. However, it's a very good job by the construction company. The above comment is only for fourth improvement.
Here in Australia you wouldn’t have 10 guys on the Jb at 60bucks an hour you would go broke high wages has killed our Industry keep going you are doing fine Cheera👍
Such a good foundation but faulty building, because no rebar out of the foundation to take the concretes block instead of bricks ,there is little or no strength at all .

Soil is so soft, they just pull up the drill to remove the soil. Also, water for lubricant on the base frame clamp bolts large threads! Were they all drilled and then pushed in, or drill, push, drill, push? Gotta be the longest rebar I've ever seen, kinda close to the surface though, and those pads poured on top of the piles are just HUGE. THANKS!
This is an alternative often used where bedrock is not present. As mentioned, a large amount of surface area providing friction is considered stable under carefully engineered conditions. A notable failure of this method on a large-scale project is the Millennium Tower in San Francisco.
I don't think it will hold in the future weight of the upper flooring. The soil is in liquid soft mud and salt water is present at a swallow ground. The building in future will have many defects and it will be notice on the wall, in short it's not stable. There are best designed for very stable foundation.
🙏🤝👌they do not use the size of the image provided previosly🏘🏡🛤for example on the horisontal border on the image scale and the elbow of a plot of land,,, sorry just a suggestion🇮🇩🌹🌻🌍
Good job...an efficient way of installing piles with equipment capable of producing maximum foundation points. The direct construction of a continuous foundation with Sloof is very good connected to the pile cap so that it is maximal in distributing the load on the structure later
Als Bauherr würde ich jetzt mal zwei Kisten Bier dahin stellen für die gute Arbeit und mit den Chef der Firma schimpfen warum keine sicherheitsschuhe getragen werden
How do I feel about this technic of foudations, Well I lack expertise as for its reliabalibity but very impressed by the procces itself , by which such big colums the columns are driven into the soil , and personnally happy that they seem to aim accurately and that none of these impressive columns even seems to be able to be accidently driven out of its schedulded spot, like for instance into my ass.. .

VERY GOOD VIDEO.👍
Greetings from Canada, amazing work guys...👍
Very good idea to be adapt in construction industry, how deep the spiral screw and how many pieces to hold the press
??

Very comforted and assured. Why so many columns? Is it about sandy soil?

Very nice job very good from Fiji lsland. Thank you for beautiful video
Wow best video sharing friend greetings know me from malaysia 👍🙏

What model of rebar bending machine is that?
Đất nông nghiệp mềm... Xây kiểu này nhà 2 tầng mà làm móng trăm năm ...khủng khiếp 😱😱😱
Ta bem pregada a estaca 👏👏👏desde Brasil
What country is this?
Good contrcsiont
Wow! A lot of concrete for the house foundation.
Nhà ở hay công trình gì mà làm móng khủng vậy ad
nhà ở
That is a vey good form of construcction, I like to watch more videos like this..... Thanks
Amazing construction ❤

you are awesome for sharing this very helpful video
No welding at pile joint just connected like that how sure its not twist inside the soil
I like it because its quality and build by professional
Video quay rất chi tiết 👍
In which country this work is available????
By the hats, they're wearing, it's in Vietnam. 🤔🤔🤔

satisfying video
how deep is each column
기초를 한국 업자보다 잘하고 좋네요. 한국의 어떤 부자도 단독주택을 이렇게 까지 대단하게 짓는 경우를 못봤음
good very good amazing

very good. Keep it up!!
is that piling hitting the bedrock?
piles support weight by friction not hitting the bedrock
@@gitongahouse3245 I BEG TO DIFFER PILING MUST HIT THE BEDROCK TO PREVENT SETTLING OF THE FOUNDATION

Venice Italy is all mud -sediment, built on tree trunks pounded down.
Someone give the tape operator a pair of steel toed shoes. This is construction for Pete's sake.
Hello channel!! Thanks for the HEART!!! 😉😉😁

I think that would depend on the depth of the piles given the conditions.
Depends if the piles hit sand ground, it’s no problem.
Your system of work is conforming to the Engineering Standards, the workers dont even wear safety boots
Amazing

A foundation like that could build five to six stories
But not to the couloms
12:15 Good to see that this worker is wearing his invisible steel toed work boots.
Where in the world would we be without hydraulic power?
Here in the US that guy climbing around on the machine wouldn't be allowed, He would be using a man left.
I saw a man play with big chain at oil rig even extremely dangerous than this.. high speed drill with sloopy condition..

Very primitive construction. Hope it works ???Looks like they are in Thailand
Lol. U cant called tat primitive construction. They are using modern technology

làm phần bê tông lót ẩu quá
I would use some ear protection demoing those piles, but hey it’s their choice
They got Six million Dollars,Bionic ears. 👍👍👍
"The workers did a great job", different from the editor of this video that put this effect in the caption.
Sắt chờ cột để bằng nhau là k ổn rồi
Asian low cost technic good
it looks like a kind of Tufo Construction in China but done in Vietnam or in Cambodia? Funny 😂
Đây nhìn như ở Khoái Châu Hưng Yên
two words: toe foo
Those toothpick concrete columns don't have a chance against liquidfraction.

at least they should have excavated trenches of not less than 3 meters in between those bases for more proper stability and assurity
Video của lũ Vệt làm mà chỉ toàn bình luận của Tây ?!
gimmick video
sao nhiều ông đua nhau làm youtube thế nhỉ. chẳng có chút chuyên môn nào mà cố câu view. các ông có xấu hổ không....
