  • When searching for the Best of in Las Vegas, we discovered a beautiful place inside the Gold Coast Casino, a bit off-strip and right next door to the Rio. Ping Pang Pong offers authentic Dim Sum, brought to your table on steaming carts, and provides a delightful array of traditional options. We tried the Shrimp Rice Noodle Rolls, Pork Bau, Crab and Shrimp Balls, Fried Meat Dumplings, plus a couple of sweet plates you'll have to see for yourself.
We love to travel and explore food. Come along with us as we visit new destinations and sample local and regional corporate restaurants.
We're always checking out new locations around the country, so please suggest places to eat. We would love to hear from you.

We just barely touched the surface of what they had to offer. So much good food!

The nice thing about Ping Pang Pong is that the dim sum isn’t just offered early. You can order off the menu & get it all day long - though the traditional carts are just in the morning.

Another great video. I have to say that your skills with chop sticks is way better than mine. While I was in the corps I was stationed for 13 months in Japan and never got the hang of it. I guess too many moving parts. Anyway great video. Semper Fi

Shrimp rice roll....the outer skin is meant to be slippery/elastic...but it can described as gooey but it not like cheese on a pizza. It's all about textures and let the main ingredient shine.
    Shrimp stuffed crab claw... delicious.
Pork potsticker aka fried meat dumpling looks more like the Shanghai version...skin a bit thicker to hold the pan fry but when hot...it should be juice.
Shanghai pork bun....it's a thicker skin and pan fried on the bottom and should be a juicy porkball as well when hot. Think you guys were looking for the BBQ pork steamed or baked bun or bao.
Egg tarts are a must for dessert....never had the ginger egg white pudding thought.😂
Good on you guys for trying something new and nice video.

Good for you, trying something different. Ping Pang Pong is good but you might want to try Chinatown. New to your channel, enjoy your reviews.
