The graphics, gameplay, the fluidity of the movements especially on such an older gaming system is insane. DOA has a lot to offer as far as fighting games go.

I used to play this when I was a kid. I have been searching for this game for many years because I have forgotten the name and because I enjoyed playing the game. There's some aspects to Uriko's beast drives that weren't shown: the one where she wraps them up into an energy ball and bounces off the walls, if you repeatedly tapped the beast button the ball will bounce repeatedly off the floor while moving to add a ton of damage. Her second beast drive, for the life of me I could never understand how to connect this, but after she throws the character into the air, if you hold the beast button down she will charge her kick up but if you charge it for even half a second it will never hit the character falling down.
If memory serves me correct, Uriko is a half beast because she was genetically altered like Uranus and she wasn't finished in terms of her complete form. Hence why he's a cat girl instead of a cat, also since her fighting abilities are after that of long and shenlong she is quite the hidden top tier character.

Uranus the Chimera is the top tier character, because all of her aspects outclass her opponent in every way possible, thus resulting in her ban from competitive and tournament play.
I suddenly remembered this game out of nowhere and I'm surprised that I still remember it because I haven't played this game since I was like 8 and I'm 18 now me and my older siblings always played this game my favorite character was the Wolf and my oldest sister liked playing as the bunny and my oldest brother played as the penguin and my other sister's favorite character was the cat and my brother liked playing as the ninja
God this game needs a fucking comeback, great characters (Stun is fucking GOAT), great combat and the beast drive was such a unique concept for fighting games. If this game somehow does make a comeback, i have a crossover character suggestion Diego Brando.

Cronos, Xion, Shenlong, and Shina (in that order) were my favorites playing this when I was growing up! So many good memories I loved this game man.
Primal Fury and the first Bloody Roar have always been my favorite out of the whole series.

I never fought many guys that did busuzima but he has his quirks, my friends use to owe me a lot with Sheena and chronos.
