Great video skills Ryan! i love how you show all different angles and viewpoints. That one where you were dumping the soybeans was awesome! mesmerizing!! keep up the great work and God Bless our farmers!!
I'm a couple months behind on videos, but Travis made the comment about it counting more acres...I noticed in previous videos that you have the head width set to 30'. While it is a '30 foot' head, I bet if you measure inside of snout to inside snout, it'll be less. We set our 25' head as 24' cut.
@@darkrevenger04 the floor that the cutter rides on flexes in small sections and allows for following the contour of the ground within a given parameter. Auger doesn't flex, it remains fixed, but the cutterbar and floor flex. Rigid heads are still in use, and many flex heads can be locked to be rigid. Interesting stuff under a flex head, many different linkages and components. Great question 👍
@@darkrevenger04 Draper heads use belts to convey crop to the feeder housing, and do allow for more flex across the head. The augers can bunch crop and slug the machine, whereas the belts tend to feed more evenly. Newer models use many of the same sensor points for both draper and flex heads. Hope I helped you out, it's a complicated thing if you have not worked with the stuff. Have a great day! 👍
Awesome that you guys are done with bean harvest. It’s always aggravating when you get a surprise call cattle are out. Thanks for another great video 👍
Do you forsee replacing big red or getting another truck and trailer allowing you guys to fill one truck while you drive the other to be stored or sold? Was cool you responded to some of the questions about the bean head in this video, I think it shows that your followers such as myself are just as invested in your operation to do better and that you seem to appreciate it right back.
First thing to do if you decide to change heads is get a draper... worry about an air reel later if necessary. A good draper head like a Macdon will help the combine perform better and reduce some header loss versus an auger head. One thing about air reels is the extra system on the machine (more weight, more power needed, extra things to go wrong), but they will pay for themselves eventually.
Throw a polywire fence around the cornfield, Ryan. Get some extra feed, save fuel chopping stalks, and fertilize the field for next year. At least a little fertilizer.🐂💩....🐂💩...
Do love the 7920 with grain cart, the 7,000lb of soybean ain't bad I do think it would of been funnier hauling that with a pickup and like dump trailer lol
My main question is, how do you guys still like the combine? Still happy in your choice? I watch about 3 channels, yours, Brian's, THE GREEN GUY, AND TONY FAST. DIFFERENT AREAS, DIFFERENT CROPS AND DIFFERENT MACHINES. I HAVE ENJOYWD WATCHING YOUR GUYS PROGRESS AND BUILDING OF YOUR FARMS. O agree with your comments about weighing in, SMART ACTUALLY. DUMB QUESTION NOW, What do your soybeans actually get used for? Are they ever used for feed with Vornado for your cattle. I remember my grandpa telling me he use to feed potatoes to his milk cows along with the hay. His was the dairy farm my parents took over and what I grew up on. JUST WONDERING
Harvest seems to have gone well for you this year. Minimal brakedowns and good yield for corn and soybeans. What's the word on the tire for the 7920? Was it just a stalk thru the tire or just low on air??? Thanks for sharing.....
Backwards hand held selfie video? Maybe you have an English made Pickup? Should be a flip 180 on your editor. You make great videos and informative content.
Hey Ryan, Dad, Travis and Miss Hannah. Now out of Respect I call her Miss Hannah. And I have the upmost Respect for the Kuster Family. Now Thank you JESUS Travis laughing as he talked I know he is pleased with the yield. Might need to get a small tool pouch to keep in the tractors for the power take-off. Take care, Take it Easy and TRUST JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, nice video, however I have impression some parts, the ones from inside the cab, are mirror flipped so it looks like you have searing on the right side 😊
Something is going on with that wireless mic system. It varies in loudness and tonal quality. Might want to return it and buy a different one. Otherwise, great editing/camera work, on your videos. Just keeps on getting better.
Ryan do you see yourself eventually you and Travis going why would you go to a 13 and Brent be 1300 instead of go to Georgia Brent avalanche 1396 go to your Walmart GREEN. and are you guys looking at going to put up another bed will you probably put upWell you probably put up another band before you get to Draper and when you go to like a 35 foot Draper how do you think you guys could probably run to 40
Ryan could you please fix your videos during post so that they are not reversed? It is disconcerting to read words backwards or see you driving on wrong side of the road because of how the video is reversed left to right or is it right to left. 😂
That was a nice sunset as you’s worked well into the night. Good job getting the cows to come home.
As I sit here eating a salad for lunch with a dressing made with soybean oil, maybe I have y’all’s farm to thank?! Have a great day! 😊
You have a lot of farms to thank! Great comment 👍
I too wear carhart, you really should buy a How Farms Work Hat !
Thanks Ryan! Darn Cattle. Don't they know to schedule an escape appointment!?
They know EXACTLY when to escape! When you are either elbow deep in alligators, or on vacation!
Sometimes the people on the scales will appreciate some interaction to break up their boring day maybe, always good to have a laugh.
I always enjoy the harvest videos. Thanks for posting!
Great to see that soybeans are done!😃👍 the 7920 looks good on the ez-trail grain cart👍😉 nice video once again👍👍
Another great video ryan love to see the beans being done
Mighty work Everybody, I know Travis would be glad to be finished with beans, well done👌👍🙏🙂
We did 40 loads our last 4 days with our one truck only. We trucked 5 to 8 miles for lots of waiting. Hauling to Dubuque must take patience!
Great video Ryan
always joy watching your harvest video Ryan 😊
Nailed it 😊😊😊😊😊
Awesome chassis cam. Everything appears to be spinning . That’s one phone that’s gets your heart racing .
Great camera angles!
I agree with your written dialogue, wear proper protection when you enter a bin or silo
A new bigger manure spreader is probably top of the short list😂
Hey Ryan glad to see all beans are in for the season.
Hey Ryan!! Great drone shots.
Great video as always
Love thes video Ryan and Familys .
Great video Ryan, love that sunset shot!!!!!, Beautiful. Looking forward to your next video.
O love watching your videos. Liked the sunsets
Good content. 👍
Good stuff

GREAT VIDEO RYAN GLAD YOUR SOYBEANS ARE DONE
I was happy to see the yield come out decent up there. The weather sure made for some challenging conditions but we never gave up on it!
Pretty nice summer because it was dry and not too hot, but that isn't the best for plants.
Great Video Ryan, I'm sure i have said this before but you have a very impressive harvest system, the gear all looks brilliant, thanks for sharing
Thanks for explaining the difference between a flex head and a draper, I always wondered the advantages of the draper.
Except he didn't say anything about a flexhead. He was talking about this auger header vs a Draper header.
Flex heads use auger's to feed , just like rigid heads. 👍
@@MorganOtt-ne1qj how can it flex if it has an auger which can't flex? Show me a link to a flex head with an auger

awsome video ryan thumbs up and shared
Ryan, that was an absolutely amazing and beautiful video! Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Good video
good job gang

Do you still use the corn harvestor at the main farm
Imagine hauling 2 or 3 semi trailers linked together at a time.
Gotta 'ask' newbie if canola is accepted! Small Talk!

Have you ever forgotten the camera at the elevator or somewhere when you do those action shots?
Them soybean fields standing very tall!! Wisc soil? How is decision made % land goes corm or beans?

Why don't you use a cordless impact wrench to open the hopper doors instead of the crank?
Hi Ryan how much corn have you done so far probably not a lot.

Need to ask you something, Ryan. Why is your camera backwards? I noticed that on your other video. Have a great day.👍👍👍👍🙏
Heading to british... Mirrors video of him driving the truck as if it were rhd. See what you did there!

Could you make a upgrade video, what needs to upgrade on the farm and so on. Would be intresting!
It looks like you are driving from the right side of your truck?
Brian says he would rather have a Mac Don than draper
Mac Don is a draper.
