About time for a complete audit of every politician
At 70 years of age,and enjoying excellent health,I will not be accepting the Flu or Shingles vaccinations.I did not take the Covid19 shots inspite of pressure from friends and family, and so glad to have followed my gut feeling.I feel that I can no longer trust advice from our NHS, and certainly not the government. I am prepared to take my chances,regardless of the consequences,and can only blame myself if the worse happens.Many thanks for your excellent videos.

We definitely need to cut off that avenue as it's a severe conflict of interest that undermines the trust by patients & citizens. Gov't employees/their family members should be prohibited from working for NGOs/contractors for 10 yrs after employee's oov't separation. Regarding the USA and specifically the FDA....in 1990 21% of exFDA officials when on to work for big pharma after their stint in the FDA. In 2020, that number was 92%.

A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia.

Not at the beginning he wasn't. He promoted the venom and only changed his mind when the vast majority of the western population had submitted to the depopulation project. He means well but he was the classic useful idiot. Anybody that wasn't questioning the poison from the very start quite simply isn't very smart. The goalposts changed so many times in the first few months, that at the very least a quick look at alternative views was merited.

Luckily I was already red pilled before Covid came along. And watching Bret Weinstein’s podcast from day one meant that I never took notice of any of these UK Gov broadcasts. We actually stopped paying our TV licence as it was all clearly BS.

It's worse than bs unfortunately. People exposed are going to be dropping for years to come from the c word and getting sudden autoimmune disease due to damaged immune system. Thankfully, some fasting can undo much of this damage and get it out of the system much quicker. It can even repair the immune system which prevents the worst side effects!
