@@RailWeekly much, much respect. The analogy would be Pullman, on the South Side; like Bed-Stuy in Brooklyn. I mainly point it out because a railfan has to know the importance of the neighborhood Pullman and that the old factory is officially US park land. Come visit!

13:24 When looking up "Lamberts Point" the results show a coal shipping port in Virginia... This appears to be Point Arguello just south of Lompoc-Surf station. Is that correct?

That should be correct. The Lamberts Point was an office car on the Norfolk Southern Railway.
